I visited the running store to explore options for a pair of road running shoes. The lady working was knowledgeable and eager to find the right solution for me.

Fantastic service today, was served by Sam who was under the pump with multiple customers, but made the time to do a detailed analysis on my running technique and picked out the right shoe. Great local spot with knowledgeable staff ̈

What can I say more than the people below or above this review.
The customer service at the RC, is exceptional and of a bygone age. Amanda has fantastic depth of knowledge and is lovely soul (no pun intended err well maybe a little)
Amanda was under the pump this morning with multiple customers and on her own, and she dealt with everyone with the same level of professionalism and care. You must have been a wonderful Nurse, and the profession is poorer that you're not practising.
I can put a years salary down that Athletes Foot would never teach me the ankle lock lacing.
In this day and age its is imperative to shop local, because of the levels of service offered by shops such as The Running Centre, and its due to this high quality that I will return for all future purchases related to walking and running.

Not only is the customer service exceptional, the staff are very knowledgeable and clearly passionate about their industry. The team always takes the time to explain differences in the huge variety of shoes which is otherwise overwhelming to someone relatively new to running (like me).

You might save $5-10 by shopping around but I’ll never go anywhere else for my shoes because here the whole experience enjoyable and stress-free. I leave with great advice as well as a solid pair of shoes.

Great service all round. Very knowledgeable and helpful staff, stocking only the best quality running shoes and accessories.

Made an appointment for their advertised Biofit assessment on a Saturday morning. Arrived to find a lot of walk-in customers in the store and that my appointment time had no priority. Biofit assessment consisted of less than 10 minutes of consultation before I was given four boxes of shoes to put on and run on the treadmill to determine which one I was happy with by myself. All four boxes were shoes that I had said I had worn before in the assessment. This service added nothing to my Chicago Marathon run this year, and I recommend that serious runners wanting help to minimise injury try another service

Great customer service. The staff know their products inside out and are happy to assist you with in recommending products that are fit for your personal goals.

I was referred here by word of mouth and was not disappointed. The staff are super knowledgeable and friendly, they knew what questions to ask, and they really listened to my responses to get me into the right shoes for my goals. The selection is vast and for a speciality store the prices were far more reasonable than I expected. At no point did I feel like I shouldn't be there, I'm a regular person who likes to run and by no means an athlete, but they made me feel as welcome and important as the next customer. I'll be back when I need shoes again:)

I have always had struggled with shoe size I decided to make appt with the Running Centre, the professional experience I received was first class Adam went way out of his way to ensure I had my correct shoe size which took into consideration my width, length and gait and made sensible suggestions to the various products which suited my feet. When leaving my thoughts were how lucky was I to find some one who knows his craft so well thanks Adam you have made a old man happy

Best customer service I’ve had in years! I’ll never shop anywhere else for running shoes. I had a free consultation where they got me on the treadmill and fit me for shoes specific to me and my goals. The young tall guy who served me was extremely knowledgeable. You’ve earned a life long customer.
