The Reject Shop South Fremantle

3: 45pm 07/01/2024 come in looking for a face washer. After I checked around myself first, I asked the cashier. They pointed and said down there I couldn't find any and asked if they could show me their reply was a no and a shake of the head. There was no one for them to serve just standing there this is pure laziness at its best. The employing has a lazy attitude and lazy mentality working in customer service. Your company only loses money with these types of works.

You may find many usable items at the cheapest cost. Some are good deals. Especially garden decorations, boxes, packaging material, gift bags and similar kinds of items.

I really dislike the smell of all the detergents in the shop, I usually avoid the cleaning aisle in grocery stores or go through quickly (one good use for masks is those scents!) but there are definitely good deals to be had, always a good place for cards, wrapping papers and other odds and ends you forget you need until you see them.

Was in a hurry and shopping for my wife yesterday and was lucky enough to encounter staff member Kathy who was helpful above and beyond normal service. She had me sorted in no time, I paid and on my way.
I’m very grateful to her customer care & focus.

Surprisingly good selection. I end up coming here quite a lot.saves me having to go to several different shops for all the bits and pieces I'm looking for

It is what it is really. I needed a ball on the way to the park. They had one. As far as reject shops go it's one of the bigger ones and better ones. Good for people on a low income to pick up some essential items

Good place for a quick shopping but less choices maybe due to small size of the store. Prices are competitive.

The young lady at the register was quite short with customers asking questions. She was under pressure as she said the other girl had gone out for a cigarette.
Your employees should be backing each other up, not leaving one another alone.
I did find everything I was looking for and was empressed how clean and tidy or shop was.

Fantastic bargains! For some reason, I find the redesigned layout frustrating. More walking involved & it feels like one is going backwards in order to pay. Perhaps safer for staff though? Sth Freo is not a good area. Perhaps when staff were located much closer to the entrance they were imposed upon by beggars, possibly threatened? I still like to shop there though.

When I need mostly anything from household products.garden.car.gifts.pets.down to snacks in a hurry. Reject shop caters for these needs. I go in to buy 1 item & walk out with bag fulls.great service guys.
