3 The young girl on the till 30/07/2021 was terrible. I had two items, one glass and one small plastic item.
As she rung up the glass vase I asked if she had some paper to wrap it to protect it. She asked which one…. Not sure why you’d wrap a plastic item next to a breakable glass one, but I think that’s just an indictment on today’s kids who don’t care.
When I replied the glass one please, she grabbed a few cardboard boxes behind her and threw them in a tantrum to get to tissue paper. She wrapped one end of it, leaving the other exposed with no protection.
I know we all have bad days but that was just pathetic, even by Perth service standards! There was no one else in the store. Management need to train her or get rid of her, imagine when she gets stressed or under pressure in the real world!
