These guys always provide great deals and go the extra mile when necessary so 5 stars from me. NYE, hosting a large event, I couldn't have asked for a better arrangement than I received

Terrible customer service. Ordered pizzas, garlic bread & a 1.25L Pepsi max and paid $8 for delivery. On delivery, only the pizzas and garlic bread came and when asked about the drink, the delivery guy said there wasn’t one. Double checked my order and yes, I’d ordered and paid for it. Tried calling twice, no answer. My partner called a bit later and was then told they’d check with the driver and return the call. No call back, so when we called AGAIN, the man we spoke to said he’d called twice which was a lie. He said that they don’t even have Pepsi max. Why have it as order-able if you don’t even have it or why not use my number from the order to call and check what we wanted as a replacement?
He kept simply trying to offer us a ‘credit’ for the store. We just wanted our drink that we ordered and paid for - not sure what they thought would happen when they just chose not to deliver us one! My partner kept trying to just get us a drink delivered or a refund but the man kept pushing for a credit. He finally, after saying how busy the store is (which isn’t our problem because we did nothing wrong here), said a driver would deliver a drink to us. When the drink was finally dropped off, the person said they ‘especially brought it for us’ and acted like they were doing us a favour! It’s the job to deliver what was ordered and paid for by your customers and do it the first time? !?
We wouldn’t have used a credit for this place because after the shocking service tonight, we won’t be ordering from them again.
Going by their copy and paste responses to other negative reviews here, it’s clear they don’t really care about their customers at all or about providing good service. Such a joke to have to ‘fight’ for getting what you ordered and paid for.

Most terrible place to order from. Never again. Ordered online, they cancelled my order after they have already taken my money. Now I have to wait 2 to 3 days to get my own money back! This is bad service at it's best. Will never use them again. Dishonesty is top of their list!

Ordered Banksia special pizza. Had many times before. Today was terrible. Very tiny chopped up chicken. 6 smallpieces of bacon. Don't remember ever having tomato base. Was a creamy sauce. Not at all enjoyable. Think we'll give it a miss next time.

First time ordering from this place with a first ever review being as it was that bad. Ordered Family combo 2 with an aqua and works pizza, with a small pepperoni pizza and hot chips on the side. The Aqua and Works pizzas were both inedible especially the Aqua pizza as it left a foul after taste in your mouth after every bite which was not many. Not sure if it was from the sauce or seafood, but possibly both. Hot chips were way over salted and that’s a first for me considering I love a good amount of salt on my chips The Garlic bread was cold in the middle and soft on the outside however had a burnt taste. The chicken wings where the best and only thing you could eat out of the whole meal apart from the provided store brought cheesecake.
Sad to put such an horrible review but def will not go back. First time ever my family could not continue to eat a takeout let alone want to keep the leftovers for the next day.

Good service great pizzas would highly recommend.

The pizzas are quite good and it doesn’t take long to make but when you order a barbecue meat lovers pizza you expect it to have barbecue sauce. It’s happened twice now and we are not happy but the other pizzas are very good.

Ankur was an excellent delivery driver. Pizza was made and delivered in a super quick time frame and the pizza was delicious. Highly recommend.

Ordered online at midday for 6pm collection, 5 min wait so dead fine for that, Got a Large pizza and one for free deal — absolutely fantastic deal

Unfortunately they didn’t put vegan cheese as requested on my order.: (I ate some but I figured out it wasn’t vegan which is obviously not cool, however my partners non-vegan pizza looked amazing and had such a generous amount of toppings, very fresh and worth it: 3 x

Since the new owners took over. I have ordered four times and they have gotten my order wrong four times.

These guys make really great pizza. Perfect thickness on the base, lots of toppings, tasty, and fair prices. Hard to eat dominos or Pizza Hut after eating this pizza.

2 Great small Pizza for $22.
Big enough pizza of you don't have a big appetite, like many older Australians do.
Ordered the Portofino and Hawaiian, more than Generous toppings, great taste, really nice crust.

I ordered online and picked up my order. It was ready to go on time and staff were friendly. Very tasty pizzas and generous toppings. A friend said she found the pizza a bit oily and I can see how some might feel that way but they hit the spot for me. Very affordable too. I loved the Banksia Special.

Awesome pizzas great value. The pizzas are the best in Perth, I haven't had a bad one yet. Forget all the soggy pizzas from dominoes and pizza hut and go to Pizza box.

I'm sorry but I got the margherita pizza on the gf base and it tasted horrible. It's a pretty basic pizza so you would think you wouldn't be able to get it wrong but it just tasted awful. The cheese didn't taste like cheese.

O M G amazing tastey pizza at great prices! Gluten free base was really fluffy and really big! Will be back 100%
