As always, Tom was so helpful and friendly. My daughter had her brand new nose piercing knocked out and we couldn't get it back in.we were stressed! Tom showed us how to get it back in (pain-free) and within seconds, we were good to go.

There's a reason I came back 16 years later. Tom has always done an excellent job with my piercings. When I was 14-17 I had my eyebrow, labret, nostril, tongue pierced by Tom. I Since then have had several other piercings (nape, bridge, industrial and more) through another place I won't name out of kindness, but every single one of them failed to heal or were pierced/placed incorrectly. The latest 3 (septum, second lobes by Tom) have healed beautifully. And I will be coming back for more.

It's not often I write reviews but these guys were amazing. I came in with a fully sunk dermal in my hip after being told at another place I would need a doctor to cut it all out. They fixed it up and changed the top for all 4 of my dermals so it won't happen again in future. Absolute professionals and I got to keep my dermal! All healed up now

Went into this shop today because I had a lip piercing that embedded under my skin, I was immediately welcomed with open arms. Staff were extremely gentle and removed the piercing and managed to put a new one in. Staff were very friendly and helpful and took amazing care of me (even though I was holding on and squeezing the man’s arm during the entire process) Definitely highly recommend this place! Don’t think another piercing place would have done as well as this place did! Thank you once again!

Went with a friend to get her first ear piercing and Tom, the piercing technician who worked there was consistently rude and belittled myself and my friend when we asked what we believed were sensible questions for the first time getting a piercing, such as healing time with a piercing gun verses a needle. We were polite and weren't disruptive in any way so I am unsure what elicit that response.

I don't know if he was having a bad day but my friend was already nervous about getting her first piercing and it was a very uncomfortable atmosphere. If someone doesn't like their job that much that snarky comments to people who are anxious about getting a needle stabbed through them, I don't think they should be dealing with customers.

Especially when looking at other reviews it seems like this is an ongoing problem that has not been fixed.

Absolutely love this place. I don’t go anywhere else and it’s the place I always recommend. Recently got my second nose piercing and Tom did amazing. It was quick, easy and as always great service. I always enjoy the conversations I have with the workers. Definitely would recommend

Walked in to get my 4ths, as soon as I walked in I got greeted with a horrible, rude old man. Wouldn’t recommend this place very unhappy.

Never in my life have I experienced such poor customer service as I did today - the young girl behind the counter was lovely, however the piercer Tom was incredibly rude and made me feel like I was inconveniencing his day just by walking through the door. He was completely unhelpful, condescending and dismissive - basically rolled his eyes at me when I asked if they had a certain jewellery type in silver instead of gold. I had driven all the way from Mandurah for this so I still persevered with having the piercing done despite his poor attitude making me feel uncomfortable. I wish I hadn’t bothered. Firstly I think the piercing is crooked, but I can’t tell for sure until the swelling goes down. He also put in the incorrect jewellery from what I had asked for - wrong design and the stud size was double the size than what I had initially picked from the shelf. It looks enormous in my ear. When I politely said I wasn’t happy with this he VERY reluctantly changed the ball to the design I wanted, but I was curtly told they didn’t have the smaller one I had picked in silver despite initially being told that’s what I would be getting pierced with?
I’m extremely disappointed with the entire experience and now I have to wait for the full healing time with this ridiculously sized jewellery in my ear before I can change it to something more suitable.
I wasn’t even offered a tissue as I walked out of the room with a profusely bleeding ear with the wrong jewellery in it, however the young girl at the shop front was great and helped clean it up for me.
It seems very unfair that it’s on her to try mediate between unhappy customers and her awfully rude boss.

I also overheard Tom speak to several other customers in a rude, dismissive way while I was in the store - as though we were all annoying him with our presence. This is atrocious customer service and I think he needs to find a new career path instead of taking it out on paying customers trusting him with body modification and permanent scars. He clearly could not care less and I will never return to this store.

It's been roughly 6 months since I got my hood piercing. The experience of getting it done, I'll never forget as it's my only other piercing apart from my ears. Not much pain really, advice of what I was going to experience shortly after was given. I followed the aftercare advice exactly and healed so quickly. I absolutely love my piercing and really glad I got it done, more so from this studio. I've visited other studios for advice or to change over my jewellery and they've made things so incredibly complicated and daunting.
Service from The Piercing Place is perfect, casual yes but very informative without making things so complex. Looking forward to going back and selecting new jewellery.

Great service and made me feel comfortable with getting my new piercing. I was able to get a hoop when I got my conch piercing instead of the stud which I was really happy with. Would definitely go back for future piercings! Highly recommend.

I bought a septum ring and the piercer fitted it for myself. The gentleman that fitted it was amazingly fast and created a great friendly environment. I would definitely recommend!

Had my nose pierced here on Tuesday, i was absolutely terrified but the piercer calmed down my nerves with a few jokes. I’m absolutely satisfied with the placement and the way my piercing is healing. I will definitely be coming back for my next piercings
