Great amazing shop right here, obviously it sells BBQs, but we go their for their Yeti products. Ryan, one of the store sales people is really helpful and always up for a chat. Very knowledgeable and no preasure to buy anything. He is basically the sole reason why we always drive across the city to go to this particular store. We have spent hours talking Yeti Products, I havnt have the pleasure of BBQ discussions yet but dare I day his knowledge of Weber and cook is just as much.

Very knowledgeable about all things BBQ. Purchased a Weber Family Q and a few accessories, and we have enjoyed smoked chicken and brisket this week.

I was looking to find the grill to replace on my webber traveller bbq. I spoke to multiple different bbq stores and was turned away many times saying that you cannot purchase that part as a replacement part. Unfortunately outdoor chef couldn't sell me the part as it didn't exist as a standalone part. They took the part off an existing product and gave me the part free of charge and made sure I was aware that it was given to me out of goodwill to help a fellow Aussie out for Aussie day. I then needed a gas regulator for specifically the traveller bbq. The owner of the shop then let me borrow one just to get the BBQ going on australia day as it was the next day and parts were extremly hard to come by even if ordered let alone same day. I left the shop with everything I needed and ended up purchasing extra gear because the store owner was so experienced, friendly and prompt about the buisness he was running. Absolute legend of a person and highly experienced in the industry. Would highly recommend this shop for value, expertise and fast service.

Excellent Service. Two days before Australia Day. Very busy and one staff member down but service was the best. I was also only after a part for my BBQ so not a possible sale.

Very helpful gentleman there. He explained the differences with the various barbecues and was very patient with our questions. Great range of barbeques and accessories. If you want to buy a Weber that's the place to go.

I went there a couple months ago to purchase a Weber Baby Q premium, Ben the worker there was so polite as it was a busy Saturday morning, he acknowledged me waiting there while other customers got served and then was so nice when I went to purchase the bbq, he’s such a great bloke and because of this I will only come back to buy stuff off him, he’s a credit to your company, thank you.

Good range of equipment, including the electric outdoor heater that we wanted. Good price, too.

Easy going advice, ran over some ideas to think about when installing and what to install. Very helpful in what Weber accessories would and wouldn't be needed. Took a sensible approach in getting hold of the barbecue on short notice and was happy to discuss the finer points of how to get the best out of the product. Will happily be going back for accessories and other items.
