The Old Boy Cafe reviews
28Ordered a vanilla milkshake. It came with a metal straw. On taking my first sip of the drink I sucked up a thick black gelatinous mass. The straw wasn't properly cleaned. I hope I don't get sick. We did report it to staff and they apologised.
My wife paid $6.30 for a small almond chai latte today! Apparently it was delicious but we hope to be able to retire someday…
Hidden place cafe for a quiet nice coffee break. Nice and kind staffs and live the combination of variety of toasties with mild coffee!
Usually quite busy in the mornings, but the wait is worth it. Can't vouch for the coffee, I'm only here for food.
Great! Especially the carrot cake cupcakes (tbh they are the best in Perth!) and the coffee is superb! The only qualm I have is, that they might need to brush up on their customer service skills? I don't know if its because the cafe is 'dark' or if its because i am there in the early moring, but some of the staff seem really flat and monotonous and its a bit off putting?
Good coffee always friendly staff, they do an assortment of jaffles both reliable favorites and original takes. The Vegemite and cheese is my go to. May be a bit of wait when they are busy.
Asked for latte with one sugar and didn't get one.
The jaffle was too hot.
After they messed up my coffee, they offered to make a new one which I denied. But as a good gesture, they came back with a stamped coffee card, so I can get one for free next time. I like the attitude of the personnel.
The best coffee! Outstanding customer service, went to grab a coffee with my little pup a few days ago and was served by the cutest barista! He was such a sweetheart, gave my dog a little treat too! Would highly recommend coming here and getting a sweet treat along with your coffee!
Great small business.a local friendly coffeeshop.supporting local business is easy when they are as good as old boy cafe
Delicious coffee and amazing jaffles with the perfect amount of filling in! Really friendly staff who will go above and beyond to make sure your experience here is one to remember. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a perfect coffee and an even better treat to match!
Great coffee and friendly staff. Always offering a special treat to fury customers. Local or not, Old Boy is a must try.
Kid, adult and dog friendly.
Great environment. But cup of skinny flat white tasted like milk. Some coffee taste would be nice.
Great coffee and food. Atmosphere was super comfortable and the kids play corner was a great touch
Friendly staff, simple tasty food and outdoor seating at a dog friendly cafe with parking just outside the door. We'll be back!
I enjoyed spending my time here with my family. We ordered drinks here and I particularly like the friendly staff in this cafe. I also like the Iced Coffee that I ordered here because it is not too sweet. The music and ambience inside this cafe was also cool!
Great bunch of boys, coffee with a smile always ready for a chat. Lovely service, some of the best home made sweet and savory treats in town! Beautiful interior design with heaps of place to sit down and relax. Top shelf cafe
A nice chill out vibe here. Good for a catchup over coffee. Meals are not extensive. Good for quick takeaway, on the go bites. Staff are friendly.
Old Boy Cafe has that perfect relaxed friendly atmosphere. The staff are always quick to smile and make you feel welcome. The food offerings are great. But the coffee is the real reason to visit here. Hands down the best coffee an area with a lot of competition. If you haven't been, treat yourself, get there and have a coffee.
A friendly place that has become a bit of a mini community hub in the mornings.people drop in there after visiting the chemist for their supplies.small but intimate and the food was served with a smile and quite yummy
