The Oarhouse

A great setting and spot for a morning coffee. As frequent visitors and locals, we love bringing our dog here. However, on our recent visits, we've encountered wait times exceeding 45 minutes for our coffee. Hopefully, this is just a temporary staffing issue that will be resolved soon.

The Oarhouse manager l am saying sorry l didn't realise that you were open today. But where I was sitting up near the Garrett Rd bridge.l still recommend to people to go to your cafe and enjoy the beautiful meals you serve up.lam going to give you five stars to say l am sorry for not nowing you were open for business. A beautiful peaceful place, right on the Swan River. Very friendly staff and the service was fantastic. Thank you to all the staff. We will definitely be back, only earlier.

Discovered this lovely little gem today. A beautiful setting to enjoy good coffee, a great selection of delicious pastries & brunch, while watching the world go by on the river. Service was excellent, the staff friendly, and the owner Rob was very appreciative of feedback. Lots of parking too. Highly recommended.

A lovely cafe with beautiful river views. The cafe is surrounded by Parkland and adjacent to the ANA Rowing Club. It's a wonderful place to sit and relax with a coffee, take in the view, and meditate on the beauty of your surroundings. There is both indoor and outdoor seating. The indoor section is well-decorated and has a pleasant ambience.

Great food service and atmosphere. Love it. The price is great. 3rd day in Perth - best coffee and food experience so far. Will be back tomorrow morning for my next round. Love it

Not many places you can have coffee/breakfast/lunch on the river with you people and pets!

Would visit again and maybe stop in for food also.

Excellent home made Brownie’s and Blonde’s. The only problem was everything in the cabinet looked great, so hard to choose.
Would definitely recommend.

A beautiful spot with good staff/service (especially a very young waitress who was a credit to the cafe). Coffee was okay, however food was overpriced with very limited options and frankly lacked a bit of flavour. Had the brekkie burger which did have amazing hash browns. Would come again for a coffee catchup, but probably not for the food.

My wife and I went there today and had a coffee and bagel and one small slice to share and it cost us $48: 50? Abit over the top

Beautiful spot, Perth should have more river front cafes. My Brekky Burger was very tasty and well made. Will definitely be back for more.

The food is so tasty, that I would ant to be in love with it and the hash browns are so crunchy and cooked perfectly. Beautiful spot for lunch. The gluten free bread is so good. Two stars is extra ️

Such a nice area by the river, very chilled vibe, great food and coffee, very friendly staff.

A great little Cafe. The food is good and the coffee can't get much better. Well worth a visit. There's a nice little park for the kids and they loved the river and pelicans.
