The Mind Body Heart Studio reviews
25I recently took part in a 10 week Yoga Flow Chakra Series with Tanya Ti'en. Tanya was great created a very welcoming safe environment. I am a beginner and was a bit weary of not being able to do it or get the benefit but the way Tanya is and teaches made me feel at ease and able to take part to the full extent. I would highly recommend Tanya and this course)

I love the Mind Body Heart Studio, the place is so relaxing and very soothing for the soul. The classes and workshops are very insightful and educational. I have been to numerous ones on health & wellbeing, raw food classes, essential oils, sound healing and one to one sessions. Natalie has a passion for health and well being. She is very knowledgeable, loving and a generous person who is always trying to help others. Id highly recommend everyone checking out her studio and classes.
I have been a client of Mind Body Heart since it opened as a pop-up studio in 2013.
It is a part of my life! Classes with Nat have changed my body, given me more strength and energy, provided stress relief, and are enjoyable.
I have visited many pilates studios in Perth but Mind Body Heart is unique. Not only is it a beautiful studio to practice in, but Nat is a knowledgeable and creative instructor. Her style is contemporary whilst staying true to classic pilates principles. Classes are always different and challenging, and the studio is full of props to bring variety. Nat provides options to cater for all levels and is attentive if you are recovering from an injury. She wants you to move in a way that works for your body but will push you to explore outside of your comfort zone.
I could go on and on about how much I love this place.but I think if you are wanting to visit a studio that feels as cosy as home, takes you away from the stress of daily life, whilst getting a great workout and doing something good for your mind and body try Mind Body Heart
I've been doing Mind Body Heart's City Beach Bootcamp for over 6 years now, and at the age of 63 I've never felt fitter! The group atmosphere is fantastic, so encouraging and friendly- feels like extended family now. Everybody says: if I can do it - they have no excuses! (But there'll still trying to keep up haha)
