5 Dr Chin has been wonderful in helping me manage my complex respiratory condition. Exploring medical options. Very important for me has been the access to him if i need to. He always responds very quickly. That is one major factor which helps me and my family feel safe.
The team at reception, practice manager, and technical team are all very professional AND very Welcoming. It is my privelege to have such a great team take care of me.
My experience with the staff at the Lung Health Clinic has always been positive. I always feel welcomed and valued as a client when i attend appointments or if i'm needing information to manage my condition between appointments. Its lovely to be greeted with a smile and know that my appointment will be conduct with the utmost professionalism, and I can ask questions and receive answers in terms i understand. Its never easy having a chronic illness but the journey is made easier when you have faith in the team that is supporting you. Based on my experience I would recommend anyone with a lung condition contacting the clinic.

The lung health clinic has changed my life, the reception staff are the most friendly and helpful staff I have ever encountered. They are very accomodating and always strive to make my experience a positive one! Professor Thompson is very thorough and informative and happy to answer any questions I have. My overall experience with the lung health clinic has been great and I'd never hesitate to recommend them to anyone! Phillip Thompson was a good doctor but very unprepared for my appointment even though all my tests were sent through before hand. Also I didn't want to come in for a follow up appointment as I knew he was just going to give me a referral for another specialist and that would have cost me $300. So after I cancelled the appointment I asked for the name of a good immunologist so I could go back to my GP and get a referral. Their response was that they don't know anyone and to google it or ask my gp. So does that mean if I was going to go in and pay nearly another $300 they would have just given me a google referral. That kind of conduct when the initial appointment was nearly $700 means that they only care about the money and not the patient. Thats my point of view based on the response.
