A wonderful facial in the Day Spa (the best one I've ever had) followed by a lovely lunch in beautiful surroundings.

Extremely good service & food! My husband and I came here for our honeymoon and the staff were so friendly! Lily chatted with us, took photos of us, and even asked me if I was cold and needed a blanket!:)

The environment is so pretty with fairly lights over the pool at night!

Food was so yummy it was to die for! Highly recommend the pork belly!

From the moment we arrived the whole experience was nothing short of amazing. The staff were unbelievably welcoming and accomodating to all of our needs.

The breakfasts were massive and delicious. Amy was wonderful in helping with directions and things to see around the place and provided some great local knowledge. Huge shout out to Kelsey who made every breakfast and our dinner experience so brilliant. Even after her 14 hour shift she was still so warm, welcoming and had a massive smile on her face. All of the other staff were the same and made the whole stay so memorable. Would HIGHLY recommend this to anyone thinking of staying or just coming to experience the restaurant. The food and cocktails were exceptional and already looking forward to our next stay.

We went for dinner on Saturday evening for our wedding anniversary. My husband made the booking and made a note of the fact that it was our anniversary. We were offered a complimentary champagne which was lovely. We ordered the oysters; however, were told that they hadn't arrived that day as they're delivered fresh, so the chef came to apologise and offered their soft shell crab (which he said he could do GF for me as a coeliac) as an alternative, he said that the entre was on him due to the inconvenience which were weren't expecting but it was very generous nonetheless. Well, it was the best crab I have ever had in my life, and we were tempted to order a mains serve too. The dishes that followed were delicious and the waitsatff were great. We will definitely be back.

Had the most amazing, relaxing weekend at Amaroo Retreat. The accommodation is so nice and really comfortable, the staff are lovely and we had possibly the best massages ever in the spa. The food and cocktails are also amazing - will 100% be back.

The food and service in the restaurant was not impressive.unnecceassary expensive food for the value.the atmosphere is nice and it is a very special place, but really you need to revisit the service in the restaurant and the pricing.

Awesome experience dining in whilst we stayed two nights - good choices on menu - breakfast was huge serving, (didn't need lunch!) ; dinner was superb and "just right" servings - we enjoyed the wine!

I had the 3 course set menu for dinner, I started with the entree pan seared scallops for mains I picked the barramundi and to finish off the evening was a deconstructed trifle. The lounges white and red wine list was quite good strongly recommended giving it a shot, overall I had a great time will definitely come back.

We had a 2 night stay at Amaroo and dined in the Restaurant for both breakfast and dinner (with cocktails) and the food was amazing. Great service with friendly staff. We chose a 2 course dinner and both the starter and main did not disappoint. Would 100% recommend and we will return. Thank you Amaroo!

Had a very pleasant one night stay for our Wedding Anniversary with a complimentary bottle of bubbly, the food was excellent for dinner and breakfast and the accommodation very comfortable in the bush setting, a great location so close to Perth, give it a go.

The food at Amaroo lounge was first class, and so was all of the staff, excellent service delivered by well mannered staff.they didn't try to rush you to choose from menu they let have time to choose at you pace.

Food Tasted great, even though I had never tried entre food before, glad I did decide to try it.
Also had breakfast the next day, warning the breakfasts are great, but, big I couldn't eat it all.

Awesome food, can’t be faulted. The service leaves a lot to be desired though. We were sitting directly next to where the cutlery and plates are stored. Trying to have a conversation, and all we could hear was plates and cutlery being put away. Had to actually stop talking while this was going on. And it wasn’t just a random time. When you’re spending $700 on a meal, just a little common courtesy would be the go. Staff Seemed too preoccupied with getting us out of there. Fairly disappointing really, we had a good experience there last time, probably won’t be back in a hurry.

Food top quality, also the presentation. Very good selections of drinks and wine. Staff very friendly, I highly recommend it.

A perfect dinner for a special anniversary - Amaroo was such a lovely surprise and it felt just like we were on holiday. Thank you for the most scrumptious meal - every bite was mmmmm mmmmm

The dessert was substandard - a deconstructed trifle! A blob of cream, a peach slice, a soaked bit of sponge, a blob of custard, all tiny and repeated in a circle on a plate! Appalling given the delights they had on the video display.
They cleared the table of absolutely everything as soon as we had finished eating. We felt rushed and hassled by wait staff asking if we wanted more drinks. They leaned in between us to get to plates and glasses on the table when we were deep in conversation!
They left the door open 10 feet from us, it was cold and there was only heating for the outside tables. Nobody asked if we were comfortable with the door in front of us being wide open.

Love our experience at Amaroo Lounge. Very serene, food is sooo delicious and the staff our all friendly and approachable. Chef’s good, we will certainly come back here again and again.

The manager (Melissa) was friendly and warm which set the mood for us.
The menu itself was not very inspiring but the steak sandwich (the only meat dish offered) was excellent in texture and taste. The chilli prawn entree' was again delightful in texture and taste. The salmon was so well prepared that for the first time ever, my wife consumed the skin as well. All in all, a great lunch experience for our 56th wedding anniversary. Will be back with friends and will do some advertising for your venue. 20 years in the hills and not having heard of you.

A lovely experience with my family, the staff were extremely helpful when asked to move some tables so we could be a group and all have a view across the pool.
