Great variety of fruit and vege, some organic meat, etc. Love it here. Great staff. And yes - organic is always a bit higher in price - its what you pay for nutrition. Love this place - shop here every week. And now order on line as in another state at moment.

11 dollars for a carton of eggs! What a RIP off wont be going back there.
The Little Big Store may not be very big, but it figures big in my weekly shopping for a very good reason.
Most of the produce is local, and in season, so that the proprietors can get to know the vendors personally. So many eggs are sold falsely as free range. But when you have a buyer walking through your farm it is difficult to hide the truth if your hens are in cages. Pasture fed eggs sold by the Little Big Store are emphatically pasture fed.
It can be inconvenient at times to have no apples or other fruit when you want them. You just must learn to eat fruit in season – it tastes best then and is best for your health.
The food may be three times as expensive as in other market stalls, but supermarket food is also three times as expensive. That means that you are getting good food for about the same price as supermarket stuff.
We love the weekly fruit and veg box. It is always great quality produce that makes eating organic affordable.
I love going to the Little Big Store. The staff are really friendly and the produce is of a really good quality.
