The Life Spring Float Cabin Centre Rockingham

Everything is very clean and the staff are amazing. The float experience was very good and would highly recommend.

Really enjoyed this experience with my husband in a double float tank. We'd both never had a salt pool float but found this extremely relaxing. My body felt very relaxed afterwards so wouldn't encourage doing this on a day when you've got lots to get done but would be amazing after a physically exhausting day. The venue was clean and well kept. You won't be disappointed.

I am a regular at the Life Spring. The staff are always welcoming and friendly. The facilities are clean and comfortable. The float itself is one of the most relaxing experiences that you can have. I always feel calm and refreshed when I leave, although I could sit in the lounge room all day given half a chance! Well worth a visit and wonderful for aches and pains.

This was my first time floating & to be honest a bit apprehensive but can honestly say I loved it. Such a calming experience & the facility & staff are great. I will be back for sure & will be including it in my general well being routine.

It’s totally me time, self indulging and the best hour I can reward myself with! I deserve it! The rooms are clean, the towels are fresh new for each float. The staff are friendly

Another fantastic experience. The feeling of utter relaxation lasts for hours. We've been to Life Spring Rockingham a few times now and can't recommend it highly enough.

Fantastic experience. Got the massage and float package. Have always wanted to try floating and it was amazing. Especially after having a 1 hour massage. The float booth is quite large so I will take my wife next time who gets a bit claustrophobic as the larger size will suit her well and we can both share the booth. Recommend this for a total unwind!

My husband and I had a particularly hard week and we both life with chronic pain and this helped us relax and improved our pain

Such a peaceful space, the float rooms are the best I've seen. Everything is so clean and catered for. The wind down room for after your float is a lovely quiet space. Truly relaxing experience. My nephew and my partner have also been and we will all go again.

Amazing experience. Did the float and massage and walked out rebooted. What a mind and body detox! Will definitely be back for more. Loved the cabin style float also with more room to float and breathe.

Amazing experience, with great facilities and an awesome team running things. Really beneficial for your muscles and joints, they feel great afterwards.

Life/work is stressful so I have become to look forward to a monthly float. It is good for the mind, body and soul, the facilities at life springs float centre are exceptional. I definitely prefer the room rather than a capsule which is what they offer.

My first experience 'floating' was made great by this place. I was worried about feeling too enclosed but these big cabins are perfect. Had a float with my partner and it was an enjoyable experience to have together. Very clean, very calming and was inducted into the venue well by the man there today. Thankyou again!

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Floating is the most relaxing thing you will do. The float centre is so clean, staff are friendly and you will definitely leave feeling relaxed. Look into the benefits of floating and book yourself in!
