The Learning Sanctuary Kings Square reviews
9 I have nothing but positive things to say about our second family at The Learning Sanctuary. We have been with them since 2018- our first child was at the centre from the age of 9 months, with our 2nd and 3rd now there and loving it.
The educators have always made us feel at ease and have opened their hearts to our children. The bonds they have developed with them will forever be in our memories, from handling the difficult drop-offs, the milestones, and everything in between, they have been a core part of our kids' younger year development and have always provided the utmost in quality care and education, including recognising and meeting the kids' individual needs.
The current Centre Manager always has a smile on her face, is a great listener & communicator, and is always implementing new initiatives to improve the learning/play spaces for the children. It is clear that she, and all of the educators, have built a strong team environment, which shows in the quality of care provided.
The facilities are exceptional - clean, modern and fresh.
The food they provide puts us to shame!
We also get regular updates via the App, including plenty of photos of daily activities.
Don't hesitate in organising that first visit to the Learning Sanctuary; you won't regret it.
We have had our son attending here for the last 2years from a young age, and we couldn't fault the girls who have been his carers. Amazingly supportive when we have those tough drop off days, always friendly & so encouraging to our son! I know when we drop him off in the morning, he is in safe hands & is going to have a fun filled (& educational!) day. Thankyou ladies!
My daughter has flourished whilst attending The Learning Sanctuary Kings Square. The staff have gone above and beyond to see that my daughter settled into daycare life with ease.
She has days filled with educational activities and play, learning and developing along side her little friends. As a Teacher myself I have high standards of the education offered to my child to ensure she learns on track and in preparation for her future education.
The staff keep parents updated on our child's day which is so wonderful to recieve. There are days that our children have off days and the staff are always there to ensure that your child has a great day and make sure as a parent you are kept up to date about their day and how they are going, which as a concerned parent is great to get those notifications.
The facilities are of a high standard and the staff also are so wonderful, always welcoming, friendly and take the time to chat and update you on your child's day at pick up, sharing in the joy of your child's developments.
Thanks to the team for taking such good care of my daughter and I highly recommend The Learning Sanctuary Kings Sqaure to all families.
Removed my daughter as this centre is awful. On day 2 of joining, the educator complained that my daughter had weed on the rug, very surprising as she hadn't had an accident in 2 weeks, but also absurd that they think I care about their rug. Day 3 she was very upset at morning drop off, I counted six children standing in the play area crying and not one carer approaching them in the ten minutes I was there. I walked around trying to calm the little ones with my own daughter in my arms before asking myself what was I doing, then walking out the door with my daughter, never to return. Now I've received an email that one of the carers was arrested for assaulting children. HOW did they let this happen? Their response to ensure it won't happen again, was that the employee was stood down! No change in process or procedure. Don't bother contacting me Learning Sanctuary. This is just a warning to other parents.
The learning sanctuary kings square is by far the best child care service I have used. The team made sure my daughter was made comfortable from the start. She has developed so much through the active learning and engagement from all of the staff. It’s a personalised service that has great facilities, even better food and amazing people. Thank you to all of the team for taking such good care of my baby. Highly recommended.
Fantastic centre and fantastic educators. We extremely impressed with this centre. Our little one is really enjoying there. Environment is very good, nice and clean.
Stunning facility in the heart of the city, with excellent accessibility to public transport. When you first walk through the doors it is clearly evident that the Manager and her staff care deeply about what they do, and the environment they are providing for their children. Modern, funky, fun and safe, an amazing facility all round.
I returned to work 6 months ago and our daughter started at The Learning Sanctuary. As a FTM with most of my family living overseas, I was so nervous about leaving her to go back to work. The team here have been unbelievable. Every educator, front desk manager and the center manager have gone the extra mile to help me through this transition. It was one of the hardest transitions i have faced to date and I will never forget the kindness from each individual to help us through. My daughter is now well settled in. The center is spotless. The activities and spaces are so creative and I thank them all for the care and love they give my little girl single everyday.
