The Lazy Corner reviews
27My favourite little cafe. All the staff are amazingly friendly and helpful and the food is fantastic. The best coffee and muffins! Can't rate them enough
Delicious food! We had cranberry muffin and peanut butter sandwiche (cookie) with coffees. Very friendly staff. A hidden gem up in the hills. Thank you!
Called in both journeys to York and Back. Nice outdoor gazebo. Large range of foods from cakes and snacks to mains. Friendly staff. Willing to make changes for any diet. Great salads. Good eggs on toast. Good coffee.
Incredibly generous serves, absolutely fantastic range of gluten free options. My husband was really happy with the range he could choose from and all four of us (two kids who had the kids pancakes) left very, very full!
Such a cute little Cafe, absolutely love the vegan options between vegan pies, wraps and sweets I always feel spoilt for choice here.
The staff are exceptional with their friendly prompt service.
Even though it's a small Cafe you can always see local families and friends catching up here and having a chat.
Lightning fast service and great food! One of the best coffees I’ve had in a long time and lovely staff. 10/10
Good, tasty food with generous portion sizes at a reasonable price. Gluten free options too. Thoroughly recommended
We came in today for lunch and everyone complimented the food!
The food was fabulous with both traditional Cafe food like club sandwiches and amazing flat thick hot chips, I was stoked to be able to get an acai bowl.
While the food was tops, what really sealed the deal for me was the caring and warm staff.
Customer service is really a dying art today thanks for keeping it alive!
We will be back
A very special cafe.
More like the French cafes we love.
Good food surprisingly quickly delivered to our table.
Definitely going to this cafe again when we're back in Mundering
One thing you can say about this coffee shop is
The food is yummy and the service is good
The food size is so big for the breakfast you can’t eat it all
Love this coffee shop
Omg! The coffee IS delicious. So pleased I got over my phobia from previous owners. This place is "All New" the Staff are so friendly and did I say the coffee IS delicious? Well done to ALL involved with the makeover. Good luck and I will be spreading the word. Thanks guys. Aug 2022: Still FANTASTIC. Coffee could easily compete with Melbourne. Congratulations guys.
Had a delicious breakfast at the Lazy Corner this morning. Service was wonderful, all the staff were really nice and cheerful. Coffee was quick and yum and food was great, serving sizes generous, so much salmon on the eggs benedict & an impressive amount of halloumi. Was gorgeous to be able to sit outside and soak up the sun too. Will definitely be back!
This was a destination drive. 40 minutes from where we live. There was 3 spots to choose from and TLC was the only one open at 7: 30am.
It was worth the early morning drive.
Greeted by a friendly, warm smile and a vibrant hello. We picked a corner window spot to watch the sun come up through the trees. Listening to the staff in the background, we could hear the friendly and genuine banter they have with their customers, most they new on a first name basis.
Our selection for the morning was the pumpkin puree bruschetta, kid size scrambled eggs on toast with smoked salmon, a bowl of hot chips (a favourite with breakfast) a long mac and an affogato.
Everything was made with love and you could tell. Wholesome, delicious, good size meals.
On the way out, we stopped by the cabinet of baked goodies. I just had to. A mango loaf, rocky road and peanut butter GF/VEGAN caramel slice to takeaway.
Would we go there again? Absolutely.
Thank you team,
Iri from Hillarys
Lazy Corner is our trusty local and we are here multiple times a week! Great coffee, great food and atmosphere. It's conveniently next to shops and the playground. Staff are all friendly and welcoming. If you haven't been yet, you're missing out!
Just popped into Lazy corner for a quick bite to eat
Had the best brekkie combo.rosti with asparagus, mushrooms and poached eggs.delicious, such a great vegetarian mix, so so good
What a gem of a café, wheelchair friendly, healthy food and super friendly staff. They cater for all dietary requirements, one of the best places in Perth.
With all the food shops in Mundaring the only challenge with this place is that they close early, great menu, really nice staff and fantastic iced-coffee.
Definitely worth a visit but before 1.30pm.
Lovely owners and great food menu. Can get busy because it's a popular venue but staff make you feel very welcome.
Quite nice coffee but was far from impressed with the food or service.
I ordered eggs benedict which had nice ingredients and the eggs were cooked perfectly but sadly let down by the toast which was so tough an axe may have been a better choice for a cutting implement, the hollandaise sauce that had a distinct vinegar taste and the meal was delivered absolutely cold.
My wife's meal didn't arrive at the table for sometime after mine despite being an item that just needed warming up.
There are far better eating experiences around. Don't think we will be back.
I LOVE The Lazy Corner. I stumbled across it one day and wish I had found it earlier! I go there weekly (sometimes more!) for my breakfast wrap and freshly pressed juice and it is divine. 11/10 would recommend! Their customer service is outstanding and I love their vibe. It is definitely worth visiting!
