Been there today26/08 Won't ever order from there again very poor customer service by the guy with specs he started arguing over putting my order in paper bag ordered 2 extra meat in kebab menu says $16 got charged $19, rip off prices.when asked why is that says oh sorry my tablet charge you sorry.quality of food way below average.very expensive, not impressed at all

Had to eat in to wait for hubby and I’m all for culture but just straight singing with no music is quite irritating, I would love to hear some fun music from your culture. Food was yummy!

I have brought meat box and there’s no any chicken. I have paid 17$ that’s not right for me

Absolutely disgusting. Chicken was so dry crispy and tasted it was so stale. Cooked last week type of quality.

These guys are fantastic. I ordered it through uber eats and my order was never delivered and when I contacted uber they said it was complete. I then Kebab Lads who advised it was waiting to be picked up. They were kind enough to bring me a fresh one. Thank you so much for going out of your way to make my day. I will return to come another day. Thank you again. The Kebab was delicious.

This place is a joke, 40 minutes for a kebab and cold food. People behind counter didn't look like they had a clue what they were doing.

The quality has gone down big time. I ate a chicken kabab yesterday and it was one of the worst food experience I had.time to reinvent it guys if you want to stay in the market

Too busy watching football to cook fresh chips, mix through the seasoning of the chips. Half the box was unsalted the other half over seasoned. Also gave the wrong sauce. Would not reccomend.

I had beautiful doner lunch box with cheese and gravy tonight here. Just be mindful to be respectful and appreciate their hard work. The lady and the man work long hours to serve the best food and deserve our respect. Thank you guys for the complimentary ice cream. I highly appreciate that.

2 hours and $105 for 5 kebabs still hasn't left restaurant call no answer. Never ordering from here again. Can't rate food quality as have still not received order. Customer service sucks these day's

1st and last time ordering here - food was awful, I couldn’t eat it. Ordered chicken, feta and cheese gozleme. Minimal dried shrivelled up chicken and no feta! Partner order Mixed Meat Meal - meat was minimal even after ordering extra meat. Never again.

Unprofessional staffs. Rude and takes long time to get the order. The place is not hygienic. The food inspector must inspect the shop.

I have ordered kebab and it was so bad. I asked for chicken kebab but they have mixed beef as well. In the Kebab there were rice and that rice was so bad and about to spoil.
This place also is not hygiene and not recommend at all.

Today at 12.00 pm I went to pick up a Uber order from this shop. Immediately upon entering the shop the Indian lady staff at the counter started shouting at me stating that "I put waiting for order" on Uber order app when in fact that hadn't happened. I showed her my phone Uber app and explained that I didn't put that message as I just reached the store. But the rude lady used abusive words and refused to handover the food for delivery.

I hereby request all the members of the public to stay away from this type of unprofessional staff as you will spoil your day by visiting Kebab Lads-Harrisdale and the staff is very rude and they don't keep the hygiene that is required to handle the food. I am giving a 1 star for this store as there is no option to give minus star rating.

Food was great and yum. A little fat chubby boy who looked like the hamster from the Disney movie Bolt served me and had great service very happy with my local. Happy EID xx
