I had a problem with cameras when I changed internet providers, Jake went over and above to try and fix over the phone but could not sort it, coming into Xmas I knew he would be flat out but he found half hour between jobs, turned up pulled his laptop out rebooted and upgraded in half hour everything is working perfect.could not thank Jake enough…5 stars

Poor service. My alarm is still under warranty n calling them to ask my alarm function n hows work. But the staff didnt reply to me.

Best value for money in Perth. Service is good and the staff is ok. I will recommend the installers to anyone who wants not just installing an aerial but also alarms or cctv, if you are on a budget they are the guys to go.

This is the second time we have used The Installers at our property. The first time was an upgrade to our alarm which was damaged in a storm last year. We were so happy with the quality of the service we knew they were the company we wanted to install security cameras at our home and hook up our electric gate to open via an intercom.

Jake and his team were extremely knowledgeable on their products, and their service and professionalism were amazing. They were on time, even kept me updated as to when they were going to arrive, cleaned up and took the time to really explain the product and how they worked.

I would have no hesitation in recommending these guys for good quality, old fashioned service, who provide state of the art products. We cannot believe how good the quality of the camera system is! Thanks boys.

Very happy with my alarm/camera package plus a HD TV antenna installed by Jacob & Samuel. They arrived on time, each time and were tidy and explained everything to me along the way. Good experience overall.

Mr Pinna of the installers installed an alarm/cctv system in our new home. When requested to activate the commnav feature on the alarm which provides sms notifications, Mr Pinna refused to activate it without paying a $140.00 fee for a 5 minute job. Realizing I could activate it myself, I requested the code to my system from Mr Pinna. He refused to provide it and I currently have an ongoing complaint in an attempt to get Mr Pinna to give me the code to my own system.

We installed an 8 channel Hikvision system for our family home in 2016, along with a house alarm, and video intercom front door bell. Today I called Jake for the first time, and it's fair to say I got treated very professionally and respectfully. I have had an independent professional advise me that my hikvision cameras are all genuine hikvision. This same independent professional could not believe the low price. I would gladly and highly recommend The Installers to anyone wanting great service and after sale service that is indeed genuine. The Installers are great people to do business with. Great customer service, from the initial quote through to the installation. Couldn't fault the whole process, professional and friendly. I would definitely recommend to anyone to try these guys.

I received an email informing me of a superb deal the installers had on an alarm system. I emailed the contact that evening and within moments any questions I had asked were answered. I couldn’t find anyone close to matching the price (with or without matching the products) so I booked them a couple of days later. They were available within a week. I was still they would attend between 8 and 9am today. The guys rocked up promptly at 8am, were very friendly, walked me through the best positioning of sensors, keypad etc. I went back to my office and within about 4 hours they were done. We were shown how it all works, they loaded and set up the app on both our phones, payment made and that was that, so easy it was like they weren’t even here. The installers are genuinely honest people, careful workers, wry competitive in pricing and top quality equipment (Hills). Without any hesitation I can only advise you to not waste time looking elsewhere, book the installers and just wait to be impressed

Disgraceful experience with this business. Realtor sent these guys to look at an intermittent problem with an electronic combination gate & the front door security door bell was not working. Here's how it all went:
1. The contractor arrived at the property and called when he was there rather than 30 minutes prior as agreed.
2. He inspected & opened the locking mechanism on the gate, the control box inside the house and the control panel inside on the wall.
3. When he left, I found the gate open and it would no longer lock at all. The front door bell still wasn't working. I tried calling him and he would not answer even though he had only departed 5 minutes earlier.
4. He called me the next morning & I explained the gate was not locking & the property was no longer secure. He said he would try and get back to look at it the day. I text the owner Jake & his response was that he had spoken to the contractor Sam who said it was working hen he left. He said it was not a system that they had installed and would send the job back to the Realtor. I called the Realtor who sent a new company around the next day. They found the problem to be silicon and a piece of cardboard had been stuffed inside the locking mechanism by these guys. The key on the main control box inside the house was also broken by them & the contractor did not even tell me.

A mounting screw on the wall control panel had not been retightened the day before by the installers making the control panel loose on the wall.

Looking at some of the other negative reviews I'm not surprised.

Strongly recommend steering clear of this business as they do not take responsibility for their actions. Poor service & dishonest.

Giacobbe Pinna aka Jacob Pinna or you may know him by another one of his aliases. He is a scam artist that sells counterfeit black market Hikvision knock offs to unsuspecting buyers. Buyers be ware, if you purchase from him make sure to check the serial numbers of the NVR and cameras with the Central Security Distribution. Make sure to also check he hasn't remove the surveillance hard disc drive from the NVR and replaced it with a cheaper HDD which will fail a couple years after the install.

Wanted to upgrade my system however could not come to an agreeable price so i obtained a quote elsewhere, they would not give my new company the code so they could upgrade my system.don, t understand why its my alarm system i own it.so ended up costing me extra to re code my new system

Jake and The Installer's team provided a quality service front be very beginning. Jake met me at a time after business hours that suited my availability to discuss what I wanted in my new home as well as providing some cost saving suggestions and professional advice during the quoting stage.
The whole installation was also a great experience and now I'm up and running with a Hikvision intercom, 5x Hikvision cameras and Hikvision NVR, Security Alarm System with WiFi connectivity, home hub with POE switches, and additional data and TV points throughout our new home.
I would highly recommend The Installers!

Great company to deal with. I wanted a very specific set up with my cctv and alarm. Jake was able to do this and improve it as well. I can now easily check the house while I am away at work. Best price I could find as well:)

Great service, got a full Hikvision setup 8 x 6MP cameras almost 30% cheaper than the other two quotes. Were in and out quick and left things tidy. Thanks again The Installers!
