The Inner Wave

I had a sound healing session with Manuel in 2021. This was the first time I had experienced sound healing and I had no expectations going in. Manuel made me feel very comfortable and explained the process.

My experience with my sound healing session was very rich. I was able to connect to areas of my body that I had been experiencing physical and emotional pain in, that up until that point I had been ignoring.

Following my session Manuel held a safe space for me to be with the emotions that came up-something I am very grateful for.
I had a very positive healing experience, the session helped me to find the courage to start to look deeper inside, at the parts of me I hadn’t before.
