The Height's Bar & Bistro

Since the sale of this business a few months ago it has gone downhill. The food was substandard, the staff don't know what they are doing, waitress calling my mum "love" and barman getting the drinks wrong. We won't be back.

Need to not have window open air-conditioning needs window closed and lots of flys getting in I enjoy lunch here but lately too many flys and very hot close windows mite help

Rip off prices! Supposed to be a pub and have cheap pub foods. They charging more then a 5 star restaurant (and the food quality is no where near that). The beer is way overpriced too! The quiz night has the same team winning nearly every week. Something fishy there

We had lunch at the Heights on Tuesday. The food, Pork Belly, Garlic Prawns and Fish n Chips, was nicely presented, well cooked and tasty. The portion sizes were large, so large in fact that 2 of us were unable to eat it all. The young woman who served us was very friendly and professional. She appeared to be serving both the restaurant and the bar, single handedly, and proved very efficient at both. She is a real asset to the business. Thanks so much Kiana we'll be back.

Had an absolutely delicious pork belly meal and so much food. Service was good and the meal came quickly. Left very full and satisfied.

Food and drinks are way overpriced, it's a bloody pub ffs not a 5 star restaurant lol. Whilst there I also tried the weekly quiz the other night, actually surprisingly was really fun and entertaining. Only down side to the quiz was the prizes, definitely needs to be a bigger prize amount for first and second.

Took my children here a while ago. Food was really delicious, however the Irish bartender told me that the kids eat first when I asked him where my meal was (the kids meals had been out for at least ten minutes) I'm pretty sure that when you take Ur family out for a meal then U eat together right. Me tort dat was a bit Irish. (Pretty sure he'd forgotten to put my order to the cook). My kids found some lovely friends to play with and they had a ball.

Great pub experience with friendly staff and fast service. Food was great price and good portion. Will definitely be coming back

We came here with family to celebrate my Daughters 21st. We had such a wonderful night. The food was all amazing, and the staff were absolutely amazing and so accommodating. Thank you so much!

Love this bar, I'm a regular, always getting the heights burger and doing kareoke on Saturday.

The heights never fails to deliver!
Whether I’m calling in for a lunch special, a quiet drink, or sitting down with my partner for dinner, the food, drinks and service is already incredible. The owners are so welcoming and kind, as are the other bartenders / waitress.

If you enjoy a steak, I highly recommend it - it’s delicious! But you can’t really go wrong here.

The vibe varies depending on the day, some are more relaxed, others are a bit busier and louder but given the venue and it’s different areas, you can find a place suited to you regardless.

If you like a dingy pub atmosphere with aggressive looking guys loitering at the entrance smoking up a storm and swearing or glaring at you from the bar. With the waitress/ Barmaid yelling at you from across room while loud music pounds in your ears.
Being treated like they don't want you there.
Then this is the place for you.
With the usual over priced drinks.
And food to match.

Walked in and was seated very quickly for dinner, lighting was dimmed but in a great way. Staff was wonderful and the food was both massive portions and delicious. I'm only sad that I couldn't eat my whole meal because there was so much! Will definitely come back again when I can

Overall great experience, the drinks were good, their 'heights burger' is really tip notch. The chips were horrible though. The atmosphere was okay but was full of old people. Would probably come back again.

Been here a few times, staff always friendly, its exactly what it's trying to be, good pub food. Never leave hungry or disappointed

Love this place. There is nothing particularly outstanding except the very friendly atmosphere that makes you want to call this pub your local.

Love going to heights bistro bar staff are very friendly and food is delicious. And reasonable prices. Went today for my birthday with my friend.

We visited The Heights Bar a couple of times now on a Saturday night, which is Karaoke night, what a blast, good old family entertainment with yummy food, looking forward to our next visit and might pluck up the courage to have a sing myself
