I went in for the toothpick pride flags, they're cool. They also have a lot of vegan snacks but no gluten free Easter eggs as of yet.

Went in for collagen. Lady at counter didn’t say a word when we came in, Browsed for a bit, walked by the counter. Lady still couldn’t spit a word out, Just stood there. Felt so uncomfortable I left without buying what I went in for, Tried supporting local but with that kind of customer service… no chance

Awesome little shop with plenty of vegan stuff (chocolate, nutritional yeast, skincare.), an amazing range of loose tea leaves and spices and other items in bulk, organic food, and supplements including vegan B12. Helpful staff too.

Good range and variety of products from health foods to toiletries to alternative kitchen and bathroom items.
Staff are always friendly, helpful and knowledgable with a few who practise naturopathy.
Lots of business cards there for holistic health and therapies.

Being under new management it was wonderful to be able to walk in and buy a product off the shelf thst had been out of stock for a while under previous owner

Great range. Extremely helpful. It took me a little while to transition to a whole foods plant based diet and the health nut with their range of hard to get ingredients and reasonable prices was key to my change.
