Totally in love with my new hair style, thanks Kate! Look forward to my next appointment. From a regular at The Hair Story for more than 2 years.

The reviews from 2 years ago were almost 5 stars, but the recent reviews are terrible, so it seems like they probably came from an incompetent hairdresser. I too would like to give it 2 stars.

This place is an absolute joke. It's a complete waste of time, so don't even bother coming here.

I booked my appointment with these guys a week in advance, and drove an hour to get there. I thought this place would be nice because I saw some promising reviews. But when I got there, I was left waiting for over an hour, and was ignored the entire time with no explanation.

I don't understand why they would take bookings in the first place if they can't even properly manage them. It is extremely unprofessional, and you end up wasting other people's time.

There's plenty of other nice places to get your hair done, so I strongly recommend going elsewhere:)

These peoples are pretty bad attitudes and not promising booking time and services
Even tho make booking time you gotta wait half n hour

Got my hair permanently straightened here- very positive experience and the hairdressers were very thorough!

Only took 15 mins to cut my long hair ‍️, and I was very surprised that this is so quick as my previous experience with Korean haircut usually took around 30mins.
Overall I am very happy with the end result, but would frankly prefer a gentler handling during the hair cutting process.

Lovely hairdresser, great customer service and very helpful and polite.they revised my hair for free when i wasn't happy with the outcome

Kate is the best hair stylist, she is always so kind and helpful. The salon is equipped with the latest cutting edge technology. I wouldn't go to anyone else for chemical hair straightening, always an exceptional experience.
