Always been a HUGE fan of The Good Guys Cannington! Not only did I revive amazing service from Kristoffe on a tv (he gave me great advice and a great saving) but he saved me money on my mobile phone bill! All round great place! If your after anything go in ask for Kristoffe and you won’t be disappointed

Been constantly bounced around trying to get a refund as we have been previously informed by other in-store employees. After weeks we finally got through to somebody that knows what to do. Joseph gave me the best service I’ve had in a long time. I went in looking for a dishwasher with no clue of what I wanted, Joseph was patient and didn’t try and sway me in any way, just informed me about each product so I had a good understanding. Needless to say, I’ve walked away very happy.
Next time you are at Cannington Good Guys, ask for Joseph

We paid for installation, and the staff ghosted us. When we called, we were always told that the person in charge of arranging our installation was not available. We left many messages over several weeks, which were not returned. Ultimately, we had no choice but to ask for our money back. A reputable installer then quoted us far more for installation, and informed us that "Good Guys" will frequently underquote the price of installation in order to make a sale, and then simply not follow through. In short, they not honest, and that is why they will not have our business in the future.

I dealt with Tony who was fantastic. Very responsive, efficient, friendly, and got me a great price on a washing machine. Was very transparent in where the order was at and keeping me up to date, and followed up post instal to make sure I was happy. Would definitely recommend speaking with Tony as he went above and beyond!

One of the staff was so arrogant. And the concierge is useless basically feels like a scam. Shouldn't call the good guys maybe should call the bad guys instead

I would give zero stars to these people if it was possible. Absolutely useless in customer service and delivery. Wish i had never bought my television from them!

Now a day The Good Guys this place doesn’t do much match price like before long time ago. Not recommend. Harvey Norman is the best place I recommend.

Really sad for TGG Cannington as there are so many bad 1 star reviews but I experienced the worst customer service today so fully understand why, now! I ordered 2x $5 HDMI cables online so I could pick up fast. I go in and show my ready for pick email, barcode gets scanned by staff remember Summi get asked for ID so show ID no problem, then get asked for proof of Paypal transaction details. I said this is a ridicules amount of time and checks for a $5 item. So I go about searching for paypal trans and expressed that this is not a big ticket item its a 2x $5 cables. Wish I had purchased in-store would have been way quicker with upto $100 paypass no required checks yet a total of $10 requires a security background check that requires a customer to waste so much time? Very sad for customer service to waste a so much time over small ticket items were a staff member should decide that the drivers LIC ID with paid invoice is sufficient. Will be very reluctant to shop here again. MM

I don’t know about products but won’t buy anymore from here.don’t trust their delivery. Waiting for delivery since the morning and no updates. They cannot tell the specific time but at least they need to be true. They said will deliver today, asked friends for help, even borrowed hand trolley for today and they say now they cannot deliver. We cannot spend whole day whole weeks just for them to deliver the fridge. All frozen foods are useless by now. Even called to make sure they will deliver or not and they say yes. Clearly give the information what to do and which contact number to call for delivery. Friends suggested not to buy from good guys, just didn’t listen to experience the bad experience. Improve your delivery service or don’t add delivery service and waiting time is too long if you have to phone them. Forget to see review before making a pre-purchase.

Today I went with my parents to this store and met with Serge. He is the best. Serge helped us choosing the right hand mixer. My parents and I are really happy with the purchase. I really love and appreciate Serge's calm and beautiful customer service. He has got a pleasing customer service. Though the product we ended up choosing was the nutribullet hand mixer which was not available in cannington store. Serge assured us that It will be there in Cockburn store. We finally purchased it from Cockburn store but my parents and I cannot forget the beatiful personality of Serge.

From the way that you are treated
To the poor service
Down to selling you stock off the floor which is second hand, broken and not a practise used by any other companies

Carol at Good Guys Cannington helped us with a few kitchen appliances today and was really lovely and helpful! Very knowledgeable about the products and went the extra mile to contact the reps for estimated delivery times for us. The person at the payment counter were helpful as well, patiently answering our questions about the store cash and instalment options.

We bought a fridge a month ago and still waiting delivery. The sales person told us to expect it within the next few days after purchase. They either don’t answer phone calls or put you on hold until they hang up.

Appalling service, very disappointed.

Have been waiting for any response about faulty Sony TV for two weeks. Bought the TV 3 months ago and the speakers stopped working along with wifi and Bluetooth connection. Have been trying to arrange something by calling this store every day. They keep saying they will call back but never do. Have to follow up every day and the response is the good guys unable to do anything without Sony. Keep saying that ACCC apparently is allowing 30 days for manufacturer to return with resolution. I’m not quite sure how this business thinks it is reasonable to be waiting for a month to fix the three months old TV. Zero care, zero customer service.will never buy anything from the Good Guys and would not recommend anyone to purchase anything from this franchise. Not sure how business like survives.

Good in-store service. The warehouse staff were quite slow to serve me and hand over the purchased item. The girl at the counter was fine though.

In store shopping is ok but the delivery team is horrible. No smile, not in any mood to answer your concern and rudely ask you to take out your phone so that they can tick their tasks off. Worst delivery experience I ever had.
