The customer service is woeful, from the bully in the deli section - she acts is if you shouldn't really be there, and she's doing you a big favour by serving you - to the unpersonable checkout person. Note: the salads are awful. Much nicer salads in Toms in the nearby arcade
All sorts of weird and wonderful healthy and not so healthy foods here. A great supermarket worth traveling to.
Clean shop, easy to find what you're looking for in a hurry, self serve hot food options, huge baked goods/treats selection. A vegan paradise, so many options at standard pricing.
Great selection of food but every time I get a toastie in the morning it's not very warm. Once it was almost cold would be good to turn the food warmers up a bit higher otherwise the food is amazing here
For an IGA this place is great for pre prepared meals, new bakery section and huge selection of things.

I just purchased some food an hour ago.
The salad bar is very disappointing compared to what it once was, the beef in the roast beef dinner was that dry it was like eating bark.
So Very disappointing.
I'm a local & have shopped on & off at this venue for a number of years.
From tonight on I will not be shopping there again. I'm sorry to say it's not that good.

Don't buy fresh meat - twice now it's been rancid days before the expiry date. There's something wrong with their fridges or their handling.
