From the minute I met Alicia I felt immediately comfortable and knew I would be in good hands. My first consultation was extensive and the treatment plan I received a few days after was extremely thorough. I have learned a lot about my body, what foods are good for my conditions and what foods to avoid. I am enjoying trying new herbs and spices and look forward to embarking on my Ayurvedic journey with Alicia. To anyone who is looking for a practitioner in the northern suburbs I would 100% recommend Alicia.
