We arrived in Geraldton after 4 hours of driving and stumbled across this lovely hotel. The staff were lovely and the room was amazing! We asked for a high floor and they delivered! Absolutely lovely location also. Will definitely come back

Our stay at the waterfront hotel in Geraldton was an absolute dream come true! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles and a breathtaking view of the water.

The room itself was a cozy haven, impeccably clean and even contained a washing machine and dryer which was perfect for my young family.

And let's talk about the room service – as a chef by trade, my husband and myself, a true culinary delight! The menu was diverse, and the food was nothing short of exceptional.

What truly set this hotel apart, though, was the attentive and friendly staff. Every request was met with genuine care, making us feel like cherished guests.

Staff were friendly. The Classic King Studio was fabulous (Spacious, clean, warm. Complimentary mini bar. Amazing shower!). Great location, handy to shops, restaurants and the foreshore. Will stay here again and recommend.

Agree with recent reviews - great find for an overnight stay - good staff, room - rooftop bar was great with standard menu, ate downstairs at cocktail bar where food was incredible, great cocktails, nice mixed crowd atmosphere (Friday night) and good music

Service was outstanding - Chef went above and beyond for me. Gluten free wedges made on site went beautifully with my grilled fish. Will definitely be back. Room was clean and today, and the bed was superb had a brilliant nights sleep every night I was there.

Lovely clean rooms, reasonable service, but very cumbersome check in process.
Friendly service, rooftop restaurant and downstairs bar are both lovely to have within the same building.
The lifts to rooms are located outside lobby area so a touch disjointed and the gate for parking was badly broken with no secure parking.
Overall a nice spot in a slightly average location.

Clean, spacious, great service, amenities, parking, terrace bar and food. 1 minute walk to the tourist beach and shops. Enjoyed my stay!

Friendly staff but it is very difficult to give more than 2 stars. The cleaning is very superficial, we found hairs on the towels and everywhere on the floor as we checked in. The WC seems to be outdated and it was definitely not cleaned well. Moreover and really not to expect from a “4 stars hotel, there were cockroaches on our level just immediately near our room door. On the first time we thought it would be just one, we spoke with the receptionist and they put some spray, unfortunately not very useful. We found others tonight. We put some towels on the floor hoping to prevent them entry the room. It is our last night and we are happy to leave.

The towels have seen their days, toilet seat was not very clean. Other than that the location is great, beds are comfy, good size rooms.

Centrally located and only metres to the waterfront. Entire Mini bar was free if you booked directly. Room service was fantastic and the amenities in the bathroom were quality products. The reception staff were nice and friendly. The locals are very friendly and the taxi drivers were so much help with information of the area. Rooftop bar and restaurant overlooks the beachfront. Easy check in online, collection of key at front desk was great, staff friendly. Ok stay, but filthy. The kitchenette had food splatters everywhere. Definitely not cleaned properly but beds comfortable enough for an overnight stay. We stayed in a 2 bed apartment, the minor room is only separated by plantation shutters so you couldn't sit and watch TV while kids are trying to sleep, and there is only 1 TV in the sitting area, nothing in the master. Rooftop bar/restaurant is a nice spot, with some simple options.

Powerpoints stopped working after hours. The person answering the phone literally told me “not my problem”

I hope to put Zero for this hotel if i can. We had a very bad experience over the long weekend at this hotel. They are over booking their rooms and if you pay in lower price in very advance then you won't get your room on the check in day.

I got a check in message on the day but when i showed up in the hotel, they said they are over booked and they have arranged another 3-star Motor INN for my family. That Motor Inn is only 3 star and smoking people gathering in the corridor where scaring my kid and just beside the highway with noise all over night.
The staff name of Wendy was so rude and saying they are really busy, no time to talk to me, that was the only choice we have as in that long weekend all fully booked around the town whatever we can stay on the road.

If you check through all reviews you will find this is not the first time to treat their customers. I won't recommend this hotel to anyone especially in busy season. Thinking carefully before you make any booking.

Excellent place to stay, can't speak highly enough of facilities. Rooms were clean, tidy and the restaurants food was sensational.
Best place I've stayed in Geraldton don't hesitate to book with them.

Room design, electrics and layout was ordinary. Bathroom switch incorporates large exhaust fan on outward side of bathroom. Wakes other guest up. No night lighting in room. Broken towel hanging rail. Beds comfy, Quiet with no street noise in room. Bar and food - nothing that remarkable. Service staff excellent.

I was looked after by a wonderful young barmaid, Maggie, who made me feel right at home for sure, even so far away. Decent rooms also

Staff were lovely and friendly. Room was in a great condition. And we booked direct so we got some goodies in the minibar for free!:)
