After ordering our daughters bedside tables and falling in love with them, we could not resist ordering the matching Antoinette dressing table and mirror. Upon entering the furniture gallery furniture store, our experience from the moment we entered until leaving was fantastic. The staff were happy and chatty with great vibes.

The product range at The Furniture Gallery in Joondalup would have to be the most eclectic range of stylish furniture in Perth.
Friendly, professional service from the team who are helpful and knowledgeable. I was looking for dining table sofa and occasional chair which I selected with the assistance of the helpful staff and not only that they arranged for immediate delivery. I just love It! @

The staff at The Furniture Gallery Joondalup are just wonderful and customer service was outstanding. With their help I was able to get the perfect cushions from their huge range. They were even able to have a single cushion brought to the Joondalup store the next day!

I purchased the Allure bed in the platinum colour, a Shangri-La King medium firmness mattress (which is a must) and paired it with two bedsides in the Amore range.
It is just glamorous and stunning.
Every time I go into my bedroom I just love the space.
The staff member at Joondalup was very knowledgeable on the pieces (especially the mattress) and made the whole transaction and process smooth. Very friendly and great humour shared. Thank you for making this such a wonderful experience, adding style and class to my new build.

Appalling customer service!
Just left Joondalup store 21 Aug 2022. Upon arrival the older lady (European background) was serving other customers and I waited for my turn, only for her to walk away right in my face like she didn’t even see me! I had to call out for help as she was walking away to attend to other people.

Bear in mind, I was only there to settle my order 531562, which was a 2min process. There was no apology offered or acknowledge after I called out for help. The only words exchanged was asking my PH number and advising that the warehouse was open on Saturday!

Absolutely disgusting lady - go buy yourself some manners when you get a minute. It maybe acceptable in your culture but then choose a different career!

Bought two Harry Bertoia chairs with black cushions and ordered and paid for two more which were to be picked up 3 days later. They weren't there. I was told they had gone to another store by mistake and would be at Joondalup store the following Wednesday.
Wednesday came and they are not there and there are no black cushions seats only white. So now we have two black and two white cushioned chairs. Bloody useless shop, organisation and staff. Get your act together.
One star given because I like my chairs. I will be buying two more but not from that store!

Amazing furniture store perth! Would have thought it was bespoke and expensive when you see how nice the furniture is, but it's actually very reasonably priced!

The service I received from the Joondalup and Osborne Park stores was IMPECCABLE, I had wrongly measured my living area and within 2 days they had someone out to inspect that the couch was still in its packaging and two days after that it was picked up and a credit had been applied to my account so I could select the right furniture. I cannot fault the service I received. You get what you pay for!

0657 I receive a phone call from the delivery driver that my furniture would arrive between 11 am and 1 pm. Why oh why is this guy calling me at 0657? There was no need to call me. The drop offs start at 8, and there is a window of 4 hours. This is so unprofessional. The quality in the store was excellent only to be let down by this irresponsible driver.
Feel like telling the deliver driver to keep the couch and return my money.

Went into the store last Saturday for their sale and found a chair which I liked. Although still quite expensive after the discounted price it took me forever to find a sale's person to be then told if I wanted to purchase it I would have to pick up from Welshpool or have it delivered for $149 and I may have to assemble the chair but she wasn't sure. Terrible customer service. I won't shop here ever again and after reading your reviews it appears not many people like this poor service.
