The Fremantle Hostel Backpackers

I had a really enjoyable time at this hostel! The staff were nice and helpful all the time. I really enjoyed the parties they hosted and met so many great people. It was also very clean and I always felt comfortable as a solo female backpacker. Hopefully one day I can come back to Australia and stay at this hostel in Fremantle again

Love this place, definitely worth a stay everyone is super friendly and nice, best vibe of any hostel in Australia.perfect location, heart of freo and 5 mins from the beach and 2 from the train station.pool table, foosball, games consoles, big kitchen and bathrooms are big enough that you never have to wait. Will definitely be back! Big up julli the manager too always trying to improve the place and make a good atmosphere

Have been staying for more than 2 weeks now and really enjoyed my time here. Great people and friendly staff, the common area is a big plus. Obviously it gets untidy here and there, but that‘s what hostels with many guests have to deal with…
Could use improvements in some areas, but nothing major.
It‘s in a great location with walking distance to the ocean, parks and bars and restaurants.

ATTENTION, IMPORTANT TO READ. I want to tell how this hostel acts when a person tells the truth and puts a bad review. I was 3 days in this hostel. I am a person who works 12 hours a day from Monday to Saturday, so he was the first to go to bed and the first to get up. I made this reservation through Booking so after these 3 long days I put a review telling my unpleasant experience. This hostel, instead of taking responsibility, tries to discredit comments, stating that I was drunk, that I was bothering other guests and that they even had to kick me out. COMPLETELY LIE. I felt a huge rage and anger, I just wanted to go there and be told to my face.but it's not worth it. Then I was reviewing and they use this technique on a lot of bad comments to discredit the comment. In that review I only put what I saw and lived. Also say that I was in many hostels before this one. I put the bad state in which the bathrooms and the kitchen are, since it was impossible for me to use them, completely dirty, third world bathrooms, very old, dirty and unhygienic, impossible to shower, kitchen without enough crockery for everyone apart from dirty and disgusting, everything very dirty and bad smell, refrigerators also with a rotten smell. Uncaring, rude and very unprofessional staff. Drunk people and noise from the afternoon until early morning, in fact I couldn't sleep and when I got up to work there were people still drinking and yelling. The people who rate this hostel more than 1, I assure you that they are bought. The most unpleasant experience I had in Australia. If anyone has any doubts I encourage you to check it out.

Gorgeous Hostel, by far the cleanest and most organised that I stayed in Western Australia. Staff very helpful and friendly, good facilities and the best vibe ever both if you want quite or fun time. I recommend it 150%.

Nice Hostel located in the middle of the city centre, close to the train station and to all major amenities including the beach.
Cleanliness and facilities of a good level. They only charge $20 deposit. All in all a good experience. Thanks

I have spent 3 months in this Hostel and what I can say is that has been the best time of my life. I will never forget all of you. If you are in this part of the world don't look anywhere else. Fremantle Hostel is the place. Thabk youuuuuuu
