I've used this station for about 3 months now, and the led forecourt Light on the last first petrol bowser keeps flashing all the time. Every time i am refuelling, i must shut my eyes. This makes me feel like I am gonna have an epileptic fit or give me a headache or something. I wish the manager would fix the lights? The staff are very friendly but it is just a shame they don't believe in maintenance?

New electric car charging station needs more CCS type chargers, or more plugs, CCS plug is always being used.

Kid at counter had no idea what he was doing.gave him a Woolworths voucher.he didn't put it through.came back & said " discount didn't go through " he responded
". It had nothing on it. "
He didn't say anything at all.nothing! ‍️‍️‍️
It was a March 9 voucher.he did not advise me it did not work.
Let me say he didn't even know if it was day time or night time!
If you employ " kids ". Teach them properly. & if they don't learn.show them the front door!

This station has got one of the Rudest lndian man service assistant. Also totally incompetent and unapologetic. Very disturbing. Hope he gets tons of complaints! He is on tonight shift at 8.30 pm 15th November 2022. Served by 83189. Absolutely awful person

I filled up my car at this Kiosk today on my way home. I was astonished at the price for Unleaded 91 @ $1.77. Didn’t expect it to be so expensive. Other petrol kioks were offering between $1.55-$1.67/litre. I’ll make sure to avoid this one next time ️

The guy who served me around 10: 05 pm 19/7/22 clearly hates his job. Not coming back. Rude and doesn't know anything about customer service.

Came here to use the toilet as I was doing a night shift out on the highway for road works. The guy said he couldn't let me in as it was after midnight, I was in high visibility clothing, so had no intention of robbing the place. Another guy asked for a coffee at 0200hrs and was again refused. Ampol why bother having the station open if it doesn't serve customers needs in the dead of night. Considering you have another one down the highway open 24 hours. Why not close one and have 2 staff together for safety and to serve properly. Moved on to the BP and McDonald's up the road and they were more than happy to oblige. Save yours and our money and close of a night time, it's pointless you being open and paying a guy who obviously had nothing to do all night. I won't be back, ever.

Last Tuesday night I watched as a customer was refused his Woolworths fuel docket discount because the scanner would not work on his voucher. This week it was my turn on the Toyota fuel discount app. So no discount and to top things off the customer in front of me and I paid for the same fuel twice. I was then told by the same lady behind the counter it was my fault and I was to pay back the other customer's overpayment amount even though we were not on the same bowser and I had already paid.
I feel some customer service training would have helped here as the staff member in question could not properly operate the till, was clearly flustered by her lack of training and instead of listening, apologising and offering a solution, blamed the customers.

Watched this man deal with the biggest crack head in a professional manner, such a patient cashier.

I went to this fuel store today, refilled my car and asked for my uber discount, the lady scanned it 2 times but kept telling that it didn't went through so I will not get the discount. Was in hurry so paid it and she be like tomorrow you can come and talk with manager about it. Such a hassle
I will not recommend this fuel station in future to anyone.

Competative pricing, decent service inside and a large range of products in store. Car cleaning facilities adjacent.

Love going here and getting a decent price for fuel even on the usually expensive days top quality service too

I would like to Thank the person who found my purse that I'd mistakenly left here and was so nice as to drop it off at my house. I could not Thank them personally as I was not home at the time and they didn't leave their name so Many Thanks to whoever this was and this reflects that you have an honest employee

Boost juice bar do not put the right ingredients into smoothie as they are ment to for the ones on menu

What can I say petrol station but this isn't a normal petrol station it's going to cleaning beef next to it where you can clean the car.hi the evidence from the missus that you've been bush and made it all muddy lol.

Despite them having Caltex Woolworths signage all over, they refuse to give Woolworths Discount? They claim the are not part of Woolworths.
BEWARE.

Very big location, A hot-spot for boat owners since its so close to boat ramps and the station has very high roofs/bays to accommodate.
Has a big drive-in car wash booths, Air and water is 'usually' working. My only qualm is they never seem to be the cheapest in the area even though they are the biggest. Oh and don't do your weekly grocery shopping here of course!
