As a UX Designer with experience working remotely, I was looking for a place to work. The Executive Centre has a modern office which is probably good for Sales Managers than Digital Nomads or Web developers. The atmosphere there is 100% formal and paperwork for around entry membership is 20 years old (they don't use any online tools). In Perth are plenty of better and cheaper coworking centers at the non-constant level. Finally good to know, that they don't give you any cent back if you change your mind and cancel your membership (my experience is immediately after registration).

What a great office, we were on the 8th floor, great views! We were robbed blind by Wilson Parkjng though $27.00 for 2.5 hours!
I have been with the Executive Centre since May 2014. The presentation of the offices are excellent, as are the overall facilities. I took the opportunity to move into a terrific space with a great view a few years ago, and intend to stay for a great deal longer.
After 5 years of working with this gouging company, I was yesterday charged 9.90 (including GST) to forward a single letter. When I queried the charge, I was told I could collect it from the other side of the country. I note, When asked why the price had doubled since December I was told, postage went up. But the itemised price of postage remained at $2.00. All I can see, is an opportunistic gouge at clients. BE AWARE. This business does not value relationship or length of service. It is a tyrannical sales outfit that once it gets its claws into you, is like a leech. Stay away.

I have been with the Executive Centre since August and it has been a really great experience. The staff are amazing, so helpful and friendly. The office is kept to a very high standard and my client are always looked after by the staff. The free coffee is great! The kitchen facilities are convenient and always kept to a very high standard. I would absolutely recommend the Executive Centre Perth to anyone looking for a serviced office.
Great location, Friendly staff and a comfortable quiet working environment in the heart of the CBD. Close to the Freeway and with Perth underground a 5 minute stroll away its all very conducive to a productive working setup. Recommended.
The Executive Centre provides me with a quite, professional, comfortable and modern office with fantastic amenities, fast internet, bike locker and showers as well as world class meeting rooms and rest areas to meet with clients. The staff are always friendly and efficient and the location could not be better. Couldn't wish for more.
Nothing is too much trouble for the staff at The Executive Centre, their service is second to none. For example, we had a light tube replaced within 20 minutes yesterday. The facilities are brand new and fabulous. The views from our office are spectacular. Excellent location in the heart of the CBD.
I've been using various TEC services for the last 2 years, as a Virtual Office client and as an internal tenant and I am very much satisfied about their service. The rate is slightly higher than other places in Perth. However the benefits I have got from the central location; higher standard facilities an A grade building offers; professional, friendly and attentive staff; and most importantly the positive first impression that my clients had have been massive and the few extra dollars I spent have always paid off by getting me more client contracts. The TEC services also allow me to use hot desks at their other locations. This has been a huge extra for me when I am on a business trip to other states. I think the TEC services are perfect fits for those start-ups and professional consultants.
