They are not accepting new referrals for paediatric and child psychiatry support. Nevertheless, I find Vivienne of the Reception Team very kind and helpful. 5 stars for her.

5 Months waiting for my son's report and despite countless calls. Not a single call back and still no report. What a joke.

DO NOT SEND YOUR CHILDREN HERE! They will just off label prescribe and put your child on a toxic mix of Ritalin and Prozac and clondine. Your money is not the only income they recieve. This place should be shut down for crimes against humanity. This is absolute evil at its core.

Absolutely disgusted in the lack of communication and organisation of this clinic! They told me they sent me a letter twice and have never received one despite confirming my address. My son has been on the waitlist 9 months to see a paediatrician and I've called and confirmed every month to ensure he is still on that waitlist as there is a serious shortage of specialists and doctors in Perth for children. I was told every month that yes he is on the waitlist and yes I will receive a call by the 15th December to confirm when we can expect to be seen early 2022. I called this morning twice and the receptionists both told me they couldn't give me any information and that triage needs to speak with me. We'll triage just called and told me that our referral is declined! Even though he had been on the waitlist for months and I was assured each month he would be seen. Absolutely disgusted in the way they have handled us and I'm sure many other families. Don't bother they will only mess you around at this clinic.

Dr Hutana has been amazing with our son. He has managed to make our son completely at ease and comfortable. As an ASD and ADHD child, having him communicate with Dr Hutana has been a game changer for him and our family. I have never experienced anything but fantastic professionalism from this clinic.

Nice new premises well equipped. Receptionist are always happy and helpful. Clinicians are great and hardly ever run behind. Your health and well-being is important to all that work at this clinic.

The staff were so lovely and the paediatrician my son seen was hands down one of the best. Well worth the money paid.

Dr Feutrill was dismissive of my concerns. I was given completely different advice during a later consultation with a specialist at King Edward Memorial Hospital. Always get a second opinion.

Biggest waste of money and time seeing the Paed here. A proper assessment was not done, incorrect information in my letter and just a joke dealing with the staff except a lovely girl Adelaide who went above and beyond. When you pay that much for an appointment, you expect correct information, referrals and follow-ups to actually be followed up on which was not done. I saved up for so long to have my girl seen with such a sub standard appointment. Concerns addressed with little concern from paed. Appalling. Wish I had spent my money on something helpful for my girl.

Dr Feutrill was kind and thorough, she was patient and after years of different psychiatrists it was a relief to meet someone who seemed like the genuinely cared

I understand why they're a 2 star clinic. Office staff are impossible to communicate with and the 'self referral' process is ridiculous. After submitting a request to speak with one of the team, we were told someone will get back to us in a few weeks. In seeking to understand the process more, we've just been told "We will contact you when an appointment becomes available. Don't call us, it might be weeks. " Unfortunately we're looking for something a little more 'solid', so clearly not the clinic for our clients.

The doctors and staff are so lovely. They always make our son feel comfortable and at ease and their recommendations and advice have been spot on. We can't thank them enough for the help they have provided.

I found this clinic to be very supportive, understanding and relevant to the stage of life and corresponding mental illness I was experiencing. I have attended both individual and group sessions here and found both very helpful. The fact that there are multiple services under one roof is convenient and the fact that the professionals all have experience working with women and families experiencing perinatal mental illnesses is comforting

I have had excellent experience with this clinic. I saw Dr Julia Feutrill through my pregnancy as I have had major depression in the past. She helped me manage my medication, organised for me to be admitted into The mother and baby unit at King Eddie’s if required and came and visited me in hospital. All of this and she isn’t even my regular phychiatrist. I couldn’t praise them enough and the services that they offer.

I have seen two of the psychiatrists at this practice. Wouldn’t recommend unless perhaps you just have very straight forward depression or if you are just looking for psychotherapy. Found doctors condescending and not very patient focused.
