The Dutch Shop reviews
25Walking into the shop brought back memories of childhood foods we used to eat. I went in for slippers and left with goodies I didn't even know that I absolutely needed to have. Definitely going back.
Love this place the stufff here brings back childhood memories. Continues to be one of my favourite shops
A little gem. Genuine Dutch products like rollmops and cheeses. Lots of lollies especially liquorice varieties.
What a lovely hidden away gem.
Lots of German foods here, which was what I was looking for.
Great service too
Great place. Heaps of goodies. Been going there for years and the selection of liquorice never disappoints.
Visiting Dutch relatives in Perth so decided to stop here and get some treats. Lots and lots of licorice especially the salty types. Definately made for some happy relatives store was clean and tidy with lots of choices and friendly staff
Being Swedish, I love this shop. They have a full wall of licorice and makes me feel like I'm back home in Sweden.
Love love love?
Brings back memories of childhood and yummy food. Great value. Awesome folks
As you step into "The Dutch Shop" you instantly get a hit (smell) of tradition. A massive selection of dutch produce, store is always neat & tidy, the staff always do a great job. Definitely worth a visit.
Fabulous selection of real Dutch food and items at reasonable prices, and lovely service. You can speak in Dutch too!
This person whom owns this shop, should be more friendly and not so stuck up Makes us Dutch ppl look bad.
The shop was better and fuller 5 years ago and more warm and cozy! It feels that the atmosphere has drastically changed to cold shop.
A lovely experience all round.
From the moment I stepped into The Dutch Shop I was flooded with happy memories and a warm greeting. I then easily found my favourite delectable snacks and had a wonderful chat before leaving. 10/10
Jeff is the best. He allowed us in just before the lockdown, even though he was all ready to go home. And free sweets!
I have never shopped here, just pass to go the neighouring post office, There always seems that there are plenty of customers coming and going
If you're a Hollander or of Dutch descent this store is amazing. Always busy and new stuff arriving. Worth a visit to sample the tastes.
Very dissapointed with the service,
never meet anyone so rude and arrogant. He embarrased me and my family and will never set foot in that little Dutch shop again. Merry Christmas Mr arrogance.
I'm so happy I've found this place, it reminds me of my childhood and has the friendliest staff ever. I'll be bringing my oma here
This shop has the Dutch language all over the front next to the post offices I think it's hot food, in Guildford
Fantastic place, a bit hidden in a little row of shops off Guildford Road. If you're in that part of the world, it's well worth a visit. A small shop but packed to the rafters with different Dutch treats, run by super chatty and helpful staff, who often hand out free sweets when you buy something, so you can sample some Dutch flavour as you walk out. You can get anything from Holland, from almond cakes to the right mayo for your chips. I go for the lollies - the only place in Perth to get my favourite jelly babies.
