The lady was rude, she said to me me not to touch the box, as I might leave some finger print and people might not want to buy it because of it, what the hell?

Always really nice and helpful to myself and my daughters. We have been several times and always happy with the service, smiles and knowledge.

I wish i could give this place less than one star. I visited the store today at around 4-4: 30 bought 4 things for my mother in law who was with me. When went to the counter to pay they dint ask me if i was a member like in usual places they do, so once she scanned the products i mentioned i might have an account here or i might be the member the lady standing next to her typical “Karen” no offense to any others in her rude sarcastic tone replied well you should have told her before scanning the product to which i said “ in other places people usually ask before” in my mind i thought what is the big deal even if i mentioned if after scanning which was not even billed its still during the sale. She replied “ we never ask people that” i said oh ok. Then both of them started searching me when they couldn’t find me in the rude one replied “ are you sure you are a member” in her rude tone “ did you fill it out on an ipad” i was like its been a while since i have visited the store i am not sure as i don't remember but i do get emails and even got some early access voucher something like that to my surprise the audacity of this women on her typical rude nasty tone replied “ well that doesnt mean anything, it doesn't mean you are a member” i was like ok grandma chill. I fail to understand how like how with that tone and no smile no empathy are you in retail i have worked in retail for 12 years with Hermes Chanel Burberry and LV etc not naming names but i know what customer service is and is expected out of any big or small retail store. The company should really look into who they are hiring.
P. S the store only had 2 customer that time me and another lady. So it wasn’t even busy for her to get so salty and the lady attending/ billing for me was nice.

No words for her outmost outrageous behavior and kind off spoiling my shopping time

Had a great experience as with 2 lovely ladies who showed me the specials they had in store and even took my number as my Estee Lauder Double Wear Foundation shade 6N1 was not instore and they took my number and said would call me if it was available as it was a stocking issue from their warehouse as they only get the surplus stocks which was a logical explanation. Hopefully they will call me as my Foundation is almost running out. Keep up the excellent customer service ladies

I’m writing about the cosmics company store in perth WA in DFO, Both sales ladies were so rude. I have never seen such rude salesmen before, also one of those ladies was tall with black hair and light gray eyes was angry and angrily put my receipt in my bag. I will never ever go there

Was looking to purchase a moisturiser and had an idea that I wanted something from Estée Lauder but I am very picky about the texture of the cream so thought I’d pop down to look at some testers. When I arrived I noticed ALL the testers are all just empty bottles. And it’s not even that the have just been used up, no, the bottles on display have been washed out and left on the shelf completely empty. Why have empty products labelled as TESTER if you can’t actually test the product. Doesn’t make sense. I drove 40 minutes to get to the store and was extremely disappointed that I couldn’t test the product and I was not willing to drop $70 on one product that I couldn’t even test.

Staffs needed customer service training
They all are rude and not helpful at all.
They don’t know how to sort problem or handling the problem.
The tallest dark hair staff, you need to learn how to talk with your customer.
You look so easy to earn the money with leas work and less care
If you don’t want to deal with customer or don’t like to work there just quit and stay at home
And it will be better to give your job who needed desperate to work.
If this company not own by these person and own by DFO, you ALSO HAVE A PROBLEM that you have that lady

Went into the store in search for some skin care products and was greeted by very bubbly staff, they helped with all my requests couldn’t recommend them enough

Your store is quiet for a reason and its not because of prices but your staff.

Disappointing service from both sales woman who lacked basic retail professionalism.
I was in store for around 10 minutes with a seperate customer who was already in store. Not 1 sales reps bothered to greet either of us or attend to us when we both acknowledged we needed help in-fact they decided to keep their conversation they were having while leaning/slouching over the counter.

I had come in for $600 worth of Tom Ford items as I was topping up on my empties and was wanting to check the restock time of something I normally purchase that was sold out.

Will no longer shop here

Both sales ladies were off the cuff and rude, but I needed to buy something that day. No assistance was offered, picked out my products with no help, store had 1 other customer.

Spent 20 minutes if not more looking at and selecting $165 worth to purchase only to go to pay with cash and get told they won’t take cash. Would have been great if there were signs telling customers this and I wouldn’t have bothered to waste my time as all I had was a wad of cash.
I also wonder if the servers attitude may have been slightly different towards me if I had of gone in my usual full beat rather than my travel face of no makeup at all.
