I told the lady I wanted the coffee to be a bit bitter, good roasted smell and taste. Voila! This is it! Love the coffee mate! Tell her what you want, and brew different coffee beans till your dream coffee come through!

Poor service attitude. Ordered a coffee from them and after getting the coffee beans, the lady decided to chat with her friend who came to visit and stood there chatting while me and my missus waited. When she was done with the coffee, she just chuck it over on the counter, take payment and continue chatting. What utter lousy service provided for a stall in a tourist hotspot. Not to mention, not a single smile or thank you during the whole transaction. Coffee was good, the service and attitude were a huge turn off.

Absolute 10/10 for customer service and the coffee is delicious too. I had unfortunately ran out of beans before the markets opened on a Friday, Magda was kind enough to head there herself, to make up my order, for me to pick up. She was even going to deliver it to my house

Went there on Sunday, i waited a few minutes to be served. The staff with the blonde hair was helping the barista and as i was waiting to be served patiently, when she was ready to serve, instead of asking who is next she goes and serves the couple that came after i did.so I just walked away. What a shame, I was excited to try their coffee but the service put me off.

The best flavoured coffee you can find in Australia (I tried a few Melbourne brands) the quality of beans and intensity of flavour is superior. Really good customer service too, instore and online.

In addition to the most amazing smell you've ever set your nostrils on, the chocolate truffle coffee is bloody good

I've started buying my coffee beans here and the range of beans and their taste is amazing! Decided to try a different flavour yesterday Having my coffee made in store and it was burnt for both my friend and I, which was disappointing.
Going to continue buying my beans here though, I love the caramal fudge

I bought some ground coffee at Coffee Connection at the Fremantle Markets in early April. Lovely staff, very happy with my coffee. So happy, in fact, that when I returned back to my home town I ordered more online. Never again! Not only did they incorrectly address my parcel, and spell my name wrong, but haven't acknowledged the email I sent pointing out their error. Thankfully the honest person where my coffee was delivered called me to let me know he had it.
Coffee 5 Stars; service -1 Star.

How can a coffee shop that closes at 6 pm tell you at 5.30 pm they've already turned the coffee machine off?

Coffee beans are great, but service was terrible, blond, with fair skin and freckles staff wearing glasses was very impatient, when we asked about the travel mugs, she was very reluctant to answer, will not come back if she is working there. Her expression looked dull and gloomy, as if she didn't want to be there. If she wishes to work in customer service, should learn to improve on serving.

Poor customer service. Staff more interested talking to each other about lipstick than serving customers. Walked away and purchased coffee at the next stall. Sure hope one of them wasn't the owner.
