Good food, good coffee, good service. Always a pleasure to have breakfast or lunch here. Excellent as always. Great kids selection.

Its usually pretty good but standards lately are below average, chipped and sharp tea pots and dirty milk jugs.

Disappointing

Sometimes you can't really trust cafes or restaurants with the quality of drinks and food they serve you. For a $7.80 iced chocolate you get chocolate sauce poured in with milk and that's it hahaha better to make it at home next time

Staff were very respectful and positive in their service. I barrister my own coffee at home and enjoyed the taste of the coffee I received.

Normally ok. No menus available, ordered via online system. Waited 1/2 an hour for a ham and cheese croissant. Gave up and left. Everyone else liked their meal and milkshakes. Then had to wait getting croissant refunded. Poor customer service too.

Ordered egg on toast with side of mushrooms, spinach and tomatoes on UberEats. Two words to describe my experience. Unacceptable and ridiculous. Spinach and tomatoes came in raw. Mushrooms and eggs were stone cold. This is not what I actually expected as because this whole order costs me $24! $24.for a vegetarian meal! Wihout meat! Are you kidding?

Went to coffee club this morning and went to use my voucher for the cafe to be told by the person behind the counter that she did not know how to process vouchers (bar code to be scanned at bottom of voucher) and that we would have to pay instead. We asked if another person could assist them with processing this, to which the person behind the counter was not happy about.

Nice coffee but why have you changed the sandwich bread from the thick cut white loaf to under baked ciabatta… used to be the best bacon sandwich in town <sad face>

Went for breakfast 3 mornings in a row while in Melbourne on business. It was friendly, clean, food was good and well priced. Coffee was better than most franchise coffee places.

Took 3 goes to get the order right, it was only coffee and standard menu item, and apparently you have to ask for seniors discount before you start ordering otherwise you don't get it.

Morning tea this morning. We have been regulars at CC Whitfords for years. I am also a Coffee Club member. We have noticed the last few occasions food & beverages have been below standard. Today we decided to give CC another chance, unfortunately we were once again disappointed. My hubby asked for an extra hot hot chocolate. Hot chocolate was lukewarm and the chocolaty taste was missing. Also no marshmallows. My piccolo although good quality, it was lukewarm. The slice of mud cake was very dry. Unsure if we will return?

Eternal wait for a coffee cheese toasties had what looked like the remnants of what was once cheese. Oh and about 12 chips awful

Sorry to say that the service was not very good.
Waited over 25 minutes for a coffee.
And it was not that busy hate to see when they are busy.

Love to pop into The Coffee Club when in town. Apart from the staff being run off their feet, I love the coffee, the menu, the food. Is all amazing. The staff are happy, pleased to serve. Keep up the good work. Jeanette

Coffee was good.but steak sandwich was the worst i had ever eaten.

It was ok. Nothing to write home about. Maybe because other places in the centre were closed (just after lockdown period). Coffee was ok food mediocre and not much choice.

Staff are always welcoming and friendly. Fast service and food comes out quickly and is always lovely. My favourite coffee club
