The Coffee Club Café - Riverton

The place is nice. But the food is not consistent. Last time we ordered cauliflower with haolumi, the haolumi was in big slices. But this time they cut it finely. Looks so little. The serve was smaller potion compared to the last visited at Riverton. Not happy.

We enjoyed the Coffee Club but because it was New Years Day they closed early. Fair enough.

Hi team @ coffee club Riverton. I went in today to claim my complimentary coffee as part of the membership welcome. The voucher wasnt on the app but the team accepted it without a fuss. What is a small coffee vs the forthcoming business now that it made me smile / what the brand says about itself cos I will be speaking volumes about my simple but meaningful experience! Thank you cos it made me feel like a member. I will be back for sure!

Good food, always, & the hot chocolate and mint is yummy. For takeaway I usually order the camembert, bacon and chicken flat grill, well packed for takeaway. Makes a nice brekkie
That has all changed. The flat grill was so THIN there was hardly anything inside, gives a whole new meaning to word FLAT. There was no camembert inside, and the bacon bits were so dry, they were like leather to eat. Disapointed

My favourite spot for breakfast. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Food quality and value for money are excellent.

Was actually pretty good this time. Previous owners had a bunch of teens who didn't know anything about service.

Positive atmosphere. The food is amazing (made by Jordan). Definitely coming back here more

Over cooked rock nuggets and bitter black sweet potatoes wedges. How can you even serve this to your customer? Unless you didn't notice how bad you overcooked this when you serve it? Unfortunately this was a take away so i only realized it when i got home. Disappointing.

Probably the worst food experience I have had. The chips were so salted and the crispy chicken burger raised my sodium levels has gher. The crispy chicken was so thin and over fried it was impossible to chew. I asked for mayonnaise to help as was told if I wanted it I should have asked for it. When the kitchen staff saw us complain they changed their minds.

Salt shaker needed filling & wasn't refilled when asked, took ages to be served to place order, meals took ages to arrive & arrived separately with my companion having to wait 5 minutes longer. Chips were cold

Good customer service, my coffee was incorrectly done, had to get redone. Food is ok in general.

The staff were rather rude. When I asked about a cake that didn’t have a label they didn’t really want to help, when my friend (yellow hair blue eyes) came to older then the stuff Looks very helpful.that’s racist isn’t it? This place doesn't deserve to have me. Disgusting!

Insensitive staff, I came with my family on Thursday 430 pm when their closing time is 5 pm they said kitchen is closed. We asked if could just have coffee they refused we were still ok. But they also refused to serve us the muffin which is ready on the shelf. We requested again as my toddler wanted a chocolate muffin and they still seemed uninterested.
They may have some good food to offer but the way you treat your customers defines their real service quality.

Not sure how recently it changed hands but not for the better. Received the wrong food order, coffee cup was dirty on the outside. Sugar no longer available on the table. No longer a self serve free water station.

The “till person”, dark hair and glasses treated me like she should have a small moustache on her top lip. We will not be returning and only one star for waiters and food. I feel so sorry for the staff if this is the boss. Disgusting

The long macchiato was not bad. It has a good aroma. This wheelchair-accessible place has a lot of seating for selection and is kid-friendly. The shop is spacious and bright with a good ambience. A nice place for chit-chatting. Comfy airconditioning. The staff was friendly and the service was good. Lots of free car park lots just outside the shop. Enjoy! (2022-09)

I bought butter milk pancakes and it was very disappointing. They tasted like the flour hadn't been mixed properly.

Online QR code system doesn't allow you to complete your order. Erroring out with a connection issue to Stripe (payment system). Then, when you go order at the counter, your table is jumped on by someone else.

Worst omelette ever, burnt, dry. Presentation zero. Egg benedict poorly made. Overcooked porch egg almost like boiled egg

Absolutely disgusting with the Riverton Coffee Club! Waited 40mins for two flat grilled wraps and chips for the wraps to come out cold and with hair in the chips Spoke to the manager about the wait and hair and her response was "yeh sorry we are very busy on a Saturday we can make you more chips". Firstly no I don't want to wait another 40mins for more hair chips and secondly I Looked around there were empty tables, staff just standing around, the manager was stuff her face and the kitchen weren't doing much. Very poorly run and Honestly for the price I would have preferred to go to a local family owned Cafe, just not worth it
