We had hot chocolate…honestly
speaking it was the best, I’ve ever
had in the Perth.
It is easy to order from your table
by scanning their QR code, which
Is designated to table. Clean &
good ambience.
Staff is friendly, accomodating and
serve their esteemed customers
with an honest smile on their face.
Certainly refer and revisit The
Coffee club, in future.

The Coffee Club Carousel is a kind of a regular 'dine-in' venue for us when we shop at Westfield Carousel. More often than not, the service is good, but sometimes, some people are not customer friendly. But food is superb! Overall I can recommend the place!

I wish I could give the service a 0.5/5. Very rude customer staff. 45 minute wait. Eventually the manager came and gave a $5 reimbursement was nice. Have a look at this smashed avocado: that lemon is inedible

1 chai latte 1 hot white chocolate, never had an issue here, both drinks were like a cup of hot milk. $10 plus gone. We handed them back and walked. Shocking. Wont go back now.

Very nice place one of my favorites at the moment.
A bit busy in the morning and during the day, so if you want a coffee make sure to go a bit early because it maybe has a quest.

Great food. Fast service. Coffee was great, the cup of tea is disappointing, maybe just stick to coffee! Comfortable and great for a sit down quick coffee snack and chat

Been to most of the coffee clubs in the south of Perth and have been great, Cannington carousel don’t bother. Food was luke warm when it came out, asked for thick shake got a milk shake, and what’s worse it came to $90 for a small brunch. Don’t waste your money.

Coffee is undrinkable, food is mediocre. Be prepared to wait at least 20 minutes for food, even if it’s just a biscuit.

The worst coffee club branch I ever come across. Bad customer service from the supervisor. She was so rude and couldn’t deal with a complaint. Food portions were smaller than all branches and wasn’t exciting. Last time ever. It is a shame what happened to what was once my fav.spot.

My first ever negative review. I don't normally take time to write negatives but it was beyond appalling. I was waiting on my food for half an hour, didn't know it got served to my friends by mistake. When I went to enquire they were just trying move the egg and sausages from my freinds's plate. They kept telling me it is my mistake that I didn't ask for a separate plate when it was clearly 3 different orders. The guy reluctantly made me a overcooked sausages and egg. All three in the customer service kept educating me on how I should have requested for a separate plate and expected me to pick food from their plate when they've half eaten already. Not one person apologised. I know it is hard to be working on new year's day. I totally understand and appreciate them even showing up for work but it is just their rude behaviour towards us. Mistakes do happen but it doesn't take much to just be nice to people.

Don’t Uber eats from them, first of all they arrive 50 mins after they’re cooked and it’s absolute trash when it arrives. I hate them and everything they stand for. Coffee club needs to be eliminated from society with their exorbitant prices

We had Brunch on 15th Feb 2023
The coffees was very good.
My big breakfast was good.
My daughter shared a Chicken & Bacon Club Sandwich with her mother.
The chicken this time seemed powdery, the texture was different & taste a bit sour, thinking it was the dressing that came along with it.
OBVIOUSLY NOT!
My daughter vomited in my car on the way home. My wife vomited,
when we arrived home,
Both had diarrhoea, both wasn’t able to go to work the following day.
Still not fully recovered 48hrs later.
A severe case of Salmonella Food Poisoning.
Manager needs to go through the cooked chicken stocks now!
You surly wouldn’t eat it yourself,
or feed it to your family?
When in doubt, CHUCK IT OUT!

Eat in or takeaway, order at counter or via app. Efficient service, coffe fine, plenty of food or snack options.

Ordered eggs bene and big brekkie burger with soy chai latte. Not worth the price for a fully cooked poached egg and 1 piece of smoked salmon for 2 pieces of very hard ciabatta. Burger was ok if you like to bite into very hard bread. Soy chai latte was just warmed up soy milk wid sprinkles of cinnamon. Let down for coffee club.

2nd time I have got a coffee here and it is such a rip off! Overcharged coffee and they deliberately don't fill the cup.

After having a horrible hospitality experience at another place, me and my kids just wanted to have a nice place to sit and enjoy our food. I ordered a smoothie and juice for my daughter and the staff was very kind to let my toddler enjoy her churros.

Segregation chains around the restaurant and sign saying no cash accepted. Pretty sure Australian bank notes and coins are legal tender. Not acceptable

Had brekkie with friends. Nothing really stands out when it comes to the actual food. They were satisfying. We had their big breakfast and famous egg bene with smoked salmon and spinach. We washed them down with ice tea. They do give you the convenience of ordering from your table by scanning their QR code that is designated to the table. Ordering was easy and you get to select the type of bread or the protein of your choice. Service was quite decent considering the place was quite packed.

80c for lactose free milk? Mmmmmm.not other coffe place charges that much. Max I have seen is 50c. Won't be coming back.
But good service, pity about the pricing

Just had a big breakfast at coffee club carousel. Unfortunately I wasn't very impressed overall the mushrooms looked dehydrated or just very dry and cold and the bacon was in some places over cooked in others it looked raw. The quantity was ok and the products where of good quality just not cooked well. It looked like it was rushed through. I think if I was to visit again I would choose my times better. Coffee was very nice.
