The Coffee Club

The food was disgusting bacon was raw! Maybe cooked for 1 minute asked for poached eggs come out boiled hard as a rock the worst breakfast I have ever had!

Ordered the club sandwich and husband had the chicken burger, we both lived our food. My sandwich was delicious full and clearly quality ingredients. The chips are always winner here thick cut and fantastic seasoning! Please don't change them!

I had my concerns when I saw the chicken sweet potato flat grill on my plate. Tired and poorly presented I suspected immediately this was a poorly prepared dish. The food was cold and the salad was inconsistent in appearance. Almost immediately my stomach felt uneasy and an hour later I’m uncomfortable. Very disappointed. Why are the tomatoes different? Hollow and one has other food in it. I hate to think left over food is being reused. That is an assumption as I struggle to find a reason why the product looks different.

My son ordered a lamington which was dry. I asked for a refund or an exchange. They said they don’t do refunds as they can not resell the cake and it is a vegan cake therefore it is dry, she then handed it back to me. I said this is not edible what am I going to do with it through it against the wall? She then bellowed at me I don’t care. I left the cake at the counter. I emailed head office in Queensland, they apologised for the bad service said that they need more training and will forward my email to the Armadale store who will get I touch with me. 2 weeks later I emailed head office again since the Armadale store had not been in touch. Head office apologised and said they will send a gift card out which came within 3 days. Not sure I will be back in a hurry to use that gift card, as they are rude and incompetent.

Food came out quickly but the food was dry untasteful, my dad asked for it to be taken back to the kitchen then chef came out and said rudely “i made this there is definitely cheese in it” when there was clearly no cheese, the coffee was served no sugar no tissues and no spoon, the iced latter was watered down and untasteful.i will definitely not be back.

Over priced and was disappointed again went too one about 2mths ago said too husband we'll give another one a chance!

Is there new owners here as the food has gone down hill. I finished my meal and my granddaughter still hadn’t got hers.

Service was fantastic. The lady staff member was so welcoming and helpful. Food came out relatively quick and was delicious. Thanks to everyone there.

Triple flat white was weak,
Like a bad McDonald's coffee 10 years ago.
(McDonald's is better than this now)
Beans are weak, coffee cold, toasted croissant was microwaved,
Jamaicblue is much better

Can’t really rate food I never received! Paid using the table QR code for drinks and food for two. Ten mins and drinks arrive. Meanwhile at least five other tables arrive, order, eat and leave. We query our meals. Takes a waitress and whoever is in charge to come ask us what we ordered and say they’ll have it to us asap and this apparently has happened a few times with the QR code now? ! Wait and observe another two tables arrive, eat and leave. We had to be somewhere and hadn’t anticipated waiting so long to eat that we would be late. We asked for a refund and we’re told that because we paid on the QR code, we couldn’t get a refund in store but ‘use the app’ - it’s not an app it’s a website! So I attempt to contact the coffee club Australia twice since then and get no response. Shameful!

The Omlettes are amazing and the smoothies are great! Friendly team and the Cafe is always busy.

After ordering i waited 30 minutes before asking where my meal was as the person infront had just finished eating theres - the kitchen said there was no order- the staff checked and said we gave it to the wrong person sorry we will get you it soon.i waited another 10 minutes before i got my food with no real compensation for waiting that long just an apology - if you want good service go to dome

Good coffee and service is friendly. Great place to meet friends forca coffee, bite to eat and a ling chat.

Ordered a coffee and Brekkie burger. Coffee came 10mins before burger. No sugar, spoon or serviette. Burger was swimming in sauce and relish. Unable to eat it. Bun was soggy. Again, no cutlery given. Definitely won't go back

Food was amazing, especially the chicken burger and chips. Had a great conversation with the manager about his vision for his chain of Coffee clubs.

They took at least 30 minutes to serve ham and cheese sandwiches… I also found a piece of plastic from my food…. So disappointed.

Good coffee and nice food. A little on the pricey side and charging a surcharge for ordering at the table is just petty in my opinion.

Well took my mum for a coffee on 10th december adked for halft strength coffee was very strong had to get it remade Also asked for some chips these horrible burnt looking french fries came out we sent then back u then asked if we could have wedges akso cam out burnt looking after waiting about half hourwe took them back as well i would never go back again very disappointed

Very disappointed with my meal today.
I asked for the ceasor burger with bbq sauce instead of ceasor and for the chicken and bacon to be extra well done and be extra hot as I am currently pregnant.
The burger was put in a takeaway box at the front counter and went luke warm by the time I was about to sit down with it in the cafe. I also noticed that the chicken was not the usual chicken that came with the burger: (
So when I asked if the chicken could be cooked longer and more well done and if they could heat the burger up more, I asked why the chicken was weird and the girl said “oh we have run out of the chicken breast fillets so we put a few tenders in there instead”.
Personally I dont like tenders, so I really wish that I was told at the counter it will be opted for a none marinated couple peices of tenders instead and I wouldn't have ordered.
The burger came back with the “tenders” more well done but they just didnt taste good at all. Nothing like what I thought I was getting when I ordered it with the craving for the specific chicken that comes in that burger. Personally, I wont be going back.

As a 1st time and last customer, I will never be dack. I had to ask for a receipt and when my partners order didn't arrive, I had to ask why. They questioned the receipt they issued. Never again will I go to a coffee club.
