Manager went above and beyond to get my order processed, and delivered in West Perth. The recipient was overjoyed sent photos.

Pre-ordered one of the celebration cakes. When we went to pick up the cake, it was already partly melted with the drips bleeding the colour down the cake. The box was too small for the cake and squashed the icing on top, and had missing decorations compared to the photos on the website. Further the cake box it was placed in looks reused with blue marks on the top of the cake and the cake doesn’t have anything blue on it. There was also a receipt attached with a completely different order on it. Very disappointing for a pre-ordered $70 cake.

Wembley cheesecake shop provided me a magnificent cake with matching cupcakes to feed over 100 at my partners 70th birthday. The mud cake was fresh, moist and decorated with golden chocolate balls, golden macaroons and curls of chocolate. An enormous success and I am extremely grateful. I will have no hesitation in returning to them for future special occasions.

Terrible! The cake we ordered and paid $150 for was stale, dry and had no taste. So disappointing for a 21st birthday cake.

Thanks heaps Wembley cheesecake shop for a wonderful cake. The baker at Wembley outlet is amazing. I just told her about the theme and she created the most beautiful design and very very tasty cake.

I recieved such incredibly rude customer service that I ended up walking away with nothing. The lady made me feel like a burden and acted impatiently even though I was the only customer. As I tried to ask about what type of custom cake they would be able to make with just shy of a week notice, she frowned, rolled her eyes, sighed and spoke with an irritated tone. I chose a semi sheer cake on the shelf she said she could make it in a different colour drip with sea creature decorations on it. But after I queried about the cake some more she showed me a photo of what was actually a very different looking cake and a box of tacky pre-made baby shark decorations from a packet. The fully decorated cake would cost around $160 for a serving size suitable for 20 people. Without decorations would be $100. She then made it clear that I only had a choice of the one custom cake no larger than that, and abruptly said "do you want it or not? ! ". I felt certain there is no way I am buying a cake from this lady.

My extended family and I have been going to the Cheesecake shop Wembley for a couple of years. This is the last straw. Keep giving them a chance but unfortunately too many. Cakes are dry, service is poor, shop is not airconditioned. I am positive the cakes have been frozen as my son's birthday cake was icy and it was not an ice cream cake. I would rather bake a packet cake. Terrible. Will not be returning or recommending.

Extremely rude customer service. Ordered a cake, phoned to just confirm and change pick up time. Owner, a man picked up the phone, kept interrupting me mid sentence. When I mentioned he was being impolite, he got very angry and started arguing with me and then hung up the phone on me mid sentence twice!

Please brush up your customer communication skills.

Worst customer service ever, had repeatedly asked the lady to give me a full black forest cake but she keep on insisting on other cakes and when I asked for one last time she rudely picked the cake packed it and literally threw it on the table. Never going back.

Disappointed with the customer service of the staff. Bought a cake that was obviously stale and took back 80% off the cake to request at least understanding that it may not have been to our taste. The lady stated it was made this morning. Bought another one, no offer of apology or discount. I am led tp believe that every cake is made daily. There was at least 12 cakes left in the shop, looks like they are throwing a lot away. Unlikely.

My first one star rating for any establishment- poor customer service seems to be a theme here.

Our go to cheesecake shop, I grabbed a lemon continental cheesecake previously which was great. This time dropped the annual kid's Easter colouring pages in for their free slice of cheescake. The owners were very pleasant and didn't mind, they got quite large slices of a cholocate cheescake.

I’m not going back again! The lady at the counter needs to learn how to deal with her customers. She was kinda loud and rude. I felt a bit uncomfortable and self-conscious by the way she treated me. I was looking for her to help me pick some beautiful birthday cakes for both my son and daughter whose birthdays were coming together but it seemed she was uninterested whatsoever in the customer’s needs. She was unhelpful and hasty and her body language indicated that she wanted to move on to the next customer though there wasn’t a long queue and I wasn’t taking too long! (I literally took less than 10 minutes including the payment and stuff, not more). I wasn’t feeling good when I came out of there. I was even hesitant to go back the next day to pick the orders.
Coming to the cake, the presentations weren’t too bad but the sponge was sort of dry and needed washing down with water!

Would NEVER go there again! My daughter and I bought a cake here last year for my husbands birthday and it was excellent! However this year we thought we would use the same store and the cake, including the service was dreadful to say the least! First of all their website was not working properly to place an online order so my daughter drove to the store to place the order. When ordering she asked for happy birthday to be written on the cake, which was not possible so she was sold pre made chocolate happy birthday. When she arrived to pick up the cake she was handed the happy birthday in a seperate packet and the cake in the box. My daughter expected the written chocolate pieces to be on the cake. The decoration was not done properly. She felt she was handed a general cake and then had to stick the decorations on herself which didn't fit as there were pecans over the top where the decorations should have been placed as it was not made to fit the order. To make matters worse, the cake which was a coffee and pecan torte, tasted like nothing. The sponge was dry and you couldn't even recognise it was supposed to be a coffee flavour. The only nice thing about the cake there were bits of nuts in the cream that gave it a nice texture. Extremely disappointed!

Perfect cake as I expected. Kids enjoy looking at the design and of course eating too. Thank you so much for such a beautiful and tasty cake with all kiddy designs.

I must say there cakes are really tempting. I ordered father's day cake on the last minute and it turn out to be amazing, above my expectations. Kids really enjoyed that.

There service is outstanding. Their Manager I dealt with, was very humble, polite and calm. Explained me well. Love to visit again

I ordered the cake 5 days before and when I came to collect it, it wasn’t ready. I ordered additional chocolate name, it was also not ready.

What’s the point of ordering the cake if my order is not going to be taken seriously?

Slow service too

Prices at Wembley store is $5 more expensive then other cheesecake shops. The shop is run down and I was surprised to see their air conditioner is not working on the 41 degree summer day.
When I asked the store manager why you are more expensive then the other branch i recived a rude answer of "our cost is higher"! Maybe that's why they don't turn on their aircondition.
Anyhow would never step in that shop again.
By the way thier cakes are frozen and NOT FRESHLY BAKED
