Absolutely disgusting. Paid $110 for a custom cake that was dry and the inside of the cake was overpowering with thick icing which I WASNT told that was going to be in there! 20 guests it was feeding and not 1 guest enjoyed it. All that money and cake when down the drain I’d never buy from Spearwoid cheesecake shop every again. I only ordered it from there because it was close to where we were having my Mothers Birthday. They should be ashamed of themselves

Yesterday chose Black Forest plant based version… my whole family really enjoyed it! Thoroughly recommended!

Completely unorganised and rude staff! Unhelpful! Would not recommend this cheesecake shop unless you want to walk away with something completely different to what you ordered.

Always order cake here. Love the Caramel popcorn party cake, today I ordered two cakes; caramel popcorn and Coffee Pecan Torte. Im a bit disappointed to one of the cake, coffee glaze was missing so it looks plain to me, it would look appetising if there were glaze.

Great experience with pick up. I've missed this place! Food was delish as always. Make sure to tip! They're all working very hard so we can enjoy these delicious treats during covid.

Have been purchasing a cake every event we have this time had a voucher which would not pop up on my mobile but had an email they sent to me. Was told only mobile redeem. Why send an email then. Goodbye to your business. Loyal client poorly dealt with.

I have been buying the black Forrest cake for over 15 years for my birthday and it was my favourite. You recently changed the recipe and it taste disgusting. Not even the dog would eat it. This has ruined my birthday. Please change it back.

The owner (i assume) served me, very lovely man and was able to offer gluten free options at very last minute. Times are tough at the moment, but the store was spotless, cakes looked amazing and the service was great. They have taken the social distancing precautions with marks on the floor and signs on the door of where people need to stand. I hope they make it through this time.

Small storefront and a pretty shabby car park but I've always gotten my cakes from here and I have not had any bad experiences.

The first woman I spoke to there was nice but promised my cake would be ready between 1-2pm next day. I get there around 2 and it’s not ready. The blonde with tattoos there was very very rude and pulled a rude face at me when I asked her not to rush getting the cake ready. She told me they still had to put choc on the cake. It was for a 21st birthday so I wanted it to look great. The cake come out with the inscription plate stuck into the top of the cake like a sign. It looked completely tacky. I tried to lie it flat and there was jam all over the bottom of it. The choc got really sweaty fast.don’t order Black Forest Cakes if it’s an important birthday. This cake fell apart badly when we tried to cut it. It was very soggy. Buy a cheese cake if it’s hot. I put it in the fridge as soon as O got home but it still was covered in sweat. The rude service was the worst part of this experience. Avoid this shop. Or at least the blondish haired girl with the Tattoos.

Not good product knowledge, I got half cake and it was acid taste like it was old or not stored properly.basically I took home somthing I had to throw away. Very disappointed.
