They cant wait for five minutes i requested the girl working there to wait for 5 minutes after closing because we were far away we reached at exact 5: 05 and she did not even wait for that.so
Poor staff and they told us we re open till 6 yeaterday

Ordered a custom “sprinkle me pretty” cake from here for my daughters birthday and the cake was delicious, and very reasonable in price. Staff were very helpful and quick to reply to email. Will definitely order from here again.

I made a special request for extra 'lava' in my Chocolate Lava cake and the team delivered! Great service on pickup, chuffed to bits.

The server was rude and discriminatory. While we decided on what cake to buy for a friend, instead of helping, the girl server was impatient, and replied by telling the price of the additional items, and nothing else, while making a face. Clearly trying to imply that we wouldnt be able to afford the extra add ons to the order. This happened on late afternoon of 22nd Dec 2022. Rating 0/5 for being a racist and discriminatory. 4/5 for the cake.

Just picked up my halloween birthday cake. The staff were able to perfectly bring to life the image in my head. Absolutely thrilled with how it turned out.

First time visit this store, haven’t viste cheese cake store for a long time. Just walking by and thinking to get something sweet.
Got a half pecan coffee torte, taste very dry.
Doubt if this is cut in to half today or the whole cake has been stored for a while.
Not a happy desert for me overall. Glta.

I have gotten cakes from here a few times and the cakes have always tasted good.

Our daughter's custom birthday cake was FANTASTIC! And such a beautiful creation by Hayley. Staff members are helpful, patient and very lovely. We're so happy we stopped here. Definitely recommend!

My fully cake went to the Garbage Bin after I ate a slice of old taste of terrible cake.

I buy a lemon meringe and it was low. I have bought it befour and it was higher. The lemon was wet and taste old. Woolworths frozen one taste better. Very bad cake do not recommend.

Ordered a custom cake for my birthday and it did not look like the sample at all. The icing is so messy. The cake was dry. The cream tasted super weird. I don't think the baker got any qualifications or know how to decorate a cake? DO NOT GET UR CAKE FROM THIS PLACE

We ordered the Tiramisu torte. Super disappointed that the sponge was like old dry bread. We'll never go back again.

I ordered a custom blue cake for my daughter birthday. There was too much of blue colour icing that tasted bitter.the strawberry jum was soked in the sponge making it bad very.
Plus I asked them for pearl sprinkle which they used another colour sprinkle.
I would never order custom cake from them.they use low quality ingredients, charge too much just for changing colour charges 5 dollars.

This place used to be great but the last 3 cakes I've gotten here have been stale or have had a terrible flavour. As in, tastes like the sponge cake between the layers of cream had been sitting around for 2 weeks before it was used and sold. Cheesecake tasted like it had been tainted with something. I love cake but we have thrown out half of the last 3 we have bought here.
Marked down Coles cakes close to their used by dates have tasted better.
