Worst cheesecake I've ever had, can't taste any cream cheese flavour in it at all, tasted like black and gold packet cheese cake. Better off getting the saralee frozen cheesecake from coles, and the texture is like an overly sweet foam no consistencyof a proper cheesecake at all. Extremely disappointing. Updated review, emailed gave all my details and never heard a word back. They are all about getting money and not customer satisfaction.

Not freshly baked, even midweek.
Sponge cakes always looks and taste old on weekends and lately on normal days.

I didnt even order a cake as the chef was condescending and rude towards me aswell as treating me as if i dont know what i am doing or cant afford what i want.

This was my first experience with them. Went with lots of hope but got disappointed. The cake was super dry and too sweet cream, please improve yourself, i never had such dry cake in my life. And who charge on just writing happy birthday. Is this normal? Like literally totally waste of money. Not going back again. I am very dissatisfied.

I bought tropical cake but no fruits on cake as they advertising we bake, we decorate, you celebrate. Shopkeeper didn't tell me before I bought. He said there and no fruits in coles and Woolworths. I won't go there again.

The East Vic Park cheesecake shop made me a fantastic custom birthday cake, it also tasted great! Super happy with the service and beautiful cake!

It used to be very delicious, and this time I received a outdated product, and the cake was supper dry and very disappointed. Never ever come back again, even it is the closest shop for me.

I bought a Tiramisu cake just 2 days ago, it was just plain sponge cake with very thin smear of cream on top and between layers. Nothing taste like tiramisu at all, taste terrible. Never again buying anything from them.

Order online to pick up to make sure I have a nice freshly make cake to share with my friends on Australia day, apparently tthe cake supper dry and very disappointed, should have gone to my favourite the cheese cake shop in morley in stead of try out this location. Never ever come back again

The forest cake was really amazing. Staff and owner was really friendly.

Their staff should be more trained in how to write on the cake. I bought one cake today and the way they wrote the greeting was so messy. If you do not know how to write on the cakes then why you’re taking extra charges on it.

I was so excited for strawberry field Torte but when I bough it from east Victoria Park today and came back home and tasted it. It was horrible. Tasteless. Very disappointed today. I was not expecting this from The Cheesecake shop.

Thank you for making my son Birthday that little bit more special. I had walked in prepared to buy a certain cake when speaking to the wonderful gentleman on the counter showed me how it would be better to go the custom route it ended up being bigger and cheaper plus it was delicious. Thank you again for making a little boys cake dreams come true

Ordered the Belgian Chocolate cupcake via Menulog, the driver delivered the cake promptly and it’s delicious. The cream cheese is just perfect, neither too sweet nor too plain.

Apparently their special pandan cream cake is pretty tasty too, however, you’ll need to place an order in advanced.

Always was fresh, but compare to the ones we got from Cannington a bit makes us disappointed as the it was fresher than the Vic park one. Hopefully they can work on that too.

Horrible customer service and awful cake.i ordered a double choc strawberry cake a day before and took a bus from city to pick up the cake in afternoon on a hot day. When i arrived there, first of all the green cardboard cake box was so messy and full of greasy handprints all over it. I politely had to ask the female on the counter to replace the box as it was obviously a birthday cake for my hubby. She seemed upset that i asked to replace the box to start with and later did not provide me a plastic or carry bag to take the box as they ran out of it (at 1700 hrs). I told her that i do not have a car and it would be quite difficult for me to carry the cake box in hands to the bus stop and take it to city. She then gave me a look with lot of attitude and shrugged her shoulders and then asked me to go to coles and get a plastic bag. The coles from this shop was a fair distance. I finally decided to walk to coles but and on the way I asked few shops for a bag, unfortunately they only had small plastic bags. On half way to coles i decided to leave it and went back to cheesecake shop and asked her to give me the box as it is. When I asked her to give me the cake she then asked me "would you like a coles bag? !? ! " I was so shocked to hear this!? Was she doing that on purpose to torture me like this? I didnt say anything further and took the bag and came home.

Furthermore, when i finally presented the cake to my hubby, his name was spelled completely wrong + the taste was nowhere similar to previous double choc strawberry that i have bought from cheese cake shop. Even my hubby found the cake full of sugar but no flavour.

I had a very bad experience at cheese cake vic park and would never ever go back there anymore. Sorry to say that they have lost a longterm customer!

The cake was completely amazing. It tasted delicious and looked stunning. So many people raved about the chocolate mud cake and the superb decorations. It was a huge success. It was also enormous, $159 for 50 people was a very good deal. We had heaps left over and froze it and still tasted good after defrosting. So glad I went with EVP a cheesecake shop!
