The Cheesecake Shop Canning Vale

Never use this shop. Arrogant owner and arrogant old lady - looks like mother and son combo. Bought an old cake and will never return. Both should invest in personality training. They could get a family discount. Prefer to use other cheesecake shops in neighbouring suburbs.

Came in on Friday to purchase a cheese cake shop was dirty staff not friendly cheese cake was put in a dirty box with dirty finger marks on it and pen scribble I asked lady for a new box was placed in a new box should of just got a refund as cake tasted stale would not recommend this cheesecake shop and will not be back again

Purchased a rainbow birthday cake for a colleague at the cheesecake shop canning vale today and was assisted in store and given advice on options by team member marika and she was really helpful and super nice. Thanks.

Cakes look scrumptious, and I guess being a public holiday, they were short-staffed. Not their fault, the way things are going at the moment.

Gréât variety of cakes with superb taste as always.

Bought caramel glaze mud cake. It was good and yummy, but inside of cake was somehow dry rather than I expected it to be.

Bought the caramel cheesecake and caramel sauce was very over powering. Also the cheese cakes seemed to have shrunk in size it was less than 2cm thick including base which might of been why the caramel sauce was overpowering. Would of been better value to buy 2 sara lee cheese cakes. It only just fed 6 people for a whole cake. Very weird I buy cakes from here all the time and have always been happy.

Ordered a wonderful lolly cake for my sons 8th birthday and it was the most delicious cake we have every had. Everyone commented on how soft and fluffy the cake was along with the beautiful decorations. We love our local cheesecake shop.

Ordered a tiramisu… the cake was so dry and crumbled like stale, dry bread and the lady at the store was so rude even while taking the order. Worst experience ever.

Ordered a "Mermaid cake' for my daughter. Although the flavour was good, was not styled as shown in the pic at the time of ordering. There was this mermaid tail that was just kept in the middle of the cake to show that its a mermaid cake. No seashells around as was shown in the pic. Very misleading info. Costed me $95 for nothing. Even after telling the staff that this was not the cake as expected and if there could be a room for discount, she was unwilling to do so. Very disappointed!

Tiramisu was made by sponge cake and very little cream on it: (I can buy sponge cake from Woolworths very cheaper so what’s the point to pay $40 for it? I tried it twice and both were same very disappointing I was a long term customer, before wasn’t like this recently they change to it cheap quality never back again

Very rude staff, treats customers with no respect. Mumbling when asked some thing. Rudest ever.

I was first customer in line, yet they continued to serve other customers and then told me I have to pay a surcharge to pay with my debit card. Very poor customer service considering I was spoken to very poorly and not treated with respect while being served or while waiting to be served.

Had a couple bad experiences with this place already so this doesn’t really help. For context, i’d purchased a cake 5 minutes before, went home, found out the best before date was in 2 days (not really ideal considering it was going to be my birthday cake for tomorrow). We talked to a nice woman on the phone who said she’d make us another one, so we went back to the store. When we returned, the lady who said she was in charge emphasised that the date was in fact “a best before date” and that the cake would still be fine to eat for four more days after. I’m aware that the best before date is an indication of quality, so it’s nice to know that she wants her customers to enjoy eating their cakes (sarcasm). Even when my mum told her that the woman on the phone said that she’d have a new cake made up, she said that she was “new” and she wasn’t going to do that. Very nice to see her taking accountability:) (sarcasm, again). Wouldn’t recommend

Pretty darn good cheesecakes. Great value if you one of selections that has 3 or 4 types in it. They're always dense and rich.

Exceeded expectations. Staff over there was really helpful especially in taking orders for a future date. And they are not expensive.

Makes a really beautiful rainbow cake, seen other companies make something similar but can't be compared with the great taste from the cheesecake shop. Price was pretty high but it was for a special occasion.

Lovely little shop with friendly staff. Have never had a bad cake from here. Had a strawberry and vanilla torte that i ordered for a bday. Did not disappoint! So fresh and light

Not happy with their free cake promotion the staff dnt inform u of anything they jst stamp ur card they should remove the cards totally and rather drop their price of the cake dnt think I'll buy anymore cake very disappointed from a very loyal customer
