The cheese cake shop messed up my daughters B'day cake today. We ordered a black forest cake where they gave a hard chocolate cake disguised a dark chocolate from outside. Also the staff wrote "wrong" message on cake. The lady atbthe counetr was audacious enough to say " O I read it wrong" but still charged us $5. I didn't want to create a scene as there were 2 more customers in the shop. But highly disappointed with their service. U definitely have lost the plot n atleast 1 customer.

Best service. Ordered a customised cake with few days notice and they made it work. It was exactly what I wanted. Looked gorgeous and tasted delicious. Highly recommend.

I ordered a cake for birthday but the Cake wasn’t ready, though it was orderd couple of hours ago. Personalised message wasn’t there instead they give me happy birthday card and charge me same amount. This is second time, same thing repeats again.

Called and order a Birthday cake on Tuesday to be picked with birthday name written on cake to which I was told would be $6 extra (was happy to pay). But when went to collect on Thursday the cake was not ready as there was a mix up no apologies offered was asked to pick the cake from display cabinet. Will not be coming back

I have always come to this specific The Cheesecake Shop, but today my experience was beyond horrible. I was given old, outdated disgusting rock like cupcakes with no moistness at all. I payed twenty dollars for nothing at all, and this is a health violation.

I ordered a cake yesterday went pick it up today and the cake was a disaster and the lady took instructions yesterday totally ignored what I asked for. Thanks to canningvale cheesecake shop that saved my party.

Cheesecake Shop Bullcreek made our gorgeous wedding cake I chose them because even though far from our home their passion and excitement was felt for our wedding and it felt right. People who don’t eat cake ate it! Thanks guys x

Ordered way in advance to get the rainbow cake in the smaller size option. It was moist and pretty perfect. Service was good and really happy with my order. Will try something else next time. Thank you!

Always love The Cheescake Shop but this one is par excellence! I called at 12.30 enquiring about an eggless cake. It is normally only available on pre-order, but the lady on the phone was really nice and offered to get one ready by 4pm. I even got options to choose from.

Staff was rude, did not have a smile on their faces nor did they show any customer service.took my business elsewhere.

Both old staff were extremely rude, pushing us to buy the cake. Didn’t tell us the prices and once we asked they just ignored us until we purchased the cake. Cake was in very bad shape and not worth going to eat. Worse place

Considering inflation 36.95$ for a small sized cake is acceptable for 5$ for writing name was just ridiculous.

Went close to closing time on Friday, (13th May @ approx 5.30) the man serving was helpful and polite. Good customer service.

Thought we'd try this shop this afternoon to order a birthday cake for our daughter. Unfortunately the staff, man and woman were both very abrupt to the point of being rude. Im not sure why they would interact with potential customers in this way, but on briefly speaking to them both, we decided to take our business elsewhere. So potential first time customers quickly became last time customers. Can only assume they must be disgruntled employees and not the owners.

Would be nice if they offered to open the door, as juggling a cake box and heavy door is always a bit tricky, especially considering the cost of the cake!
