We’ve been a customer for 2 consecutive years celebrating birthdays. The service is great, friendly staff and the cakes are always perfect to our liking.

We got a two tiered cake overall it was delicious but the cake batter was a little bit dry but it was still delicious

Brought a $32 strawberry cheesecake today very disappointed couldn’t even cut it the base was soft sticking to the knife
Never shopping there again

I clearly said half & the guy packed me full cake with charging 41$
Not really happy. I had to take it bcus even after saying half there was no reaction. Never going again!

The baker here is so nice. He let me take home a brownie without paying just because he said it was "Saint Patrick's Day" (it wasn't) because his name was Patrick. Made me chuckle abit. Love the energy. Keeps it up.

Patrick the owner of the shop is a wonderful guy.my wife ordered a wrong cake for me.when i went into the store to enquire about the order, patrick made me a brand new cake at no extra charge.i was not looking for any compensation. However patrick was generous enough to give me an extra black forest cake at no extra charge only because it was my birthday.highly recommend doing business with this man.

If I could give a zero star rating I would. I placed an online order for a birthday cake for my sons 2nd birthday from the Innaloo store a week in advance to ensure the cake would be ready and we could pick it up prior to his birthday party, we had paid extra for a little personalised message and the money was taken from my account instantly. The day of the party arrived and we were due to pick up the cake at 10.30am, we received a call at 10am to say that they were short staffed so there was no one there to make the cake and they would give us the money back instead! Half an hour prior to pick up and an hour before the party was due to start! The guy on the phone was the rudest person I have ever encountered and should not have been allowed on the phone, he couldn’t quite understand why I was so upset and why this was such an issue and he ended up swearing at me and my partner down the phone. There was no remorse! How could they miss a cake order that was placed a week in advance and think it would be ok to call half an hour prior to pick up to say there is no one there to make the cake - were they expecting to make the cake between 10am and 10.30am? The manager was meant to call me the same afternoon, I’m guessing to apologise but that never happened. I had to call the following day and ask to speak to the manger to organise a refund, I was told by the store person that the manager wasn’t available and that he was the only one working that day. The service from the innaloo store is so poor, I would never recommend that place to anyone and will happily share my experience with anyone who wants to listen. After me following up - the manager did call and said sorry but couldn’t explain why this had happened, I’m still waiting for my refund to come through!

Great service and lovely tropical cheesecake. I was pretty sad about spending my birthday in iso and rang to see if i could get something delivered. Not only did they facilitate this, a happy birthday plaque was added which was the highlight of my day. Thank you so much
