I ordered a mudcake for my daughter birthday on Australia Day. It was ready when I went to pick it up. It was delicious.

Bought cake. Service wasn’t upto the point. I paid $6 for just this small letters. Not recommended.

I bought a small piece of cake (just one) and when i paying for it i had to ask for everything. No bag (ok, still acceptable), tissue, spoon/folk to eat the cake, no nothing. I have to ask for the folk to have it, ask for receipt to have it, Great cake but the service.

We ordered from last 11 years eggless cakes omg all the time very deliciou and beautiful cakes. We really recommend eggless cakes from here. Very nice service. Thanks a lot Cannington Cheese cake. Highly recommended. Thanks

Doesn’t even deserve that one star. Had placed an order 3 days in advance but they still ended up not getting the order ready. Was just one normal cake ahhahaha.
Also, when I called to place an order they didn’t bother asking any details.
PLEASEE AVOID THIS SHOP.

I have order cakes from this shop twice both time they gave me a very bad cake. There is pic of what I ordered and what I get.

They freeze all their snack pot cheesecakes and in doing that it makes the most watery cheesecake and the consistency is so gross: (you can tell when something been frozen and then thawed.

I had bad service today unlike other days by a customer service he said he was managing it today his name was. L he refuse to put any extras that i always use to get

Charging $6 for writing doesn't make any sense. Even when you are pre-ordering. Really? To write.happy birthday. When you order in advance for a birthday. The cheese cake factory policy should be revised on this matter. If someone walks in and ask u to write and then u charge is alright {still $6 is too much} un happy.

Went in yesterday afternoon to get a small bday cake. Later found it wasn't fresh and tasted very different. Sponge cakes are always soft but this wasnt. Never had this sought of experience from other cheesecake shops. Not going to this shop again.

Went in this morning for a quick order of a cheesecake to be picked up later. Waited and waited whilst workers walk around but no one came to serve. Eventually someone came out. I tried to explain I wanted to order half and half cheesecake and worker walked off. I stood there for approx 7 minutes wondering where he had gone. I nearly walked out. I thought he had gone to get the book to put the order in. He came out with a box and the cheesecake. I shook my head. I now had to do hours worth of shopping with this cake either with me or in the car. Just took it and left. That should have been easy but at 10.30 they still hadn't turned on the EFTPOS for the day so we had to go through that to. Seriously

We ordered eggless cake for my daughter's first bday.
Cake was fresh and delicious, exactly what I expected So happy with the customer service I received.

There was a girl, i don’t remember her name. She has 0 costumer service skills. I ask her to write down the name on the quarter piece cake. Straight away She denied to do that, she said I can’t do it, because of my hand writing. Then what you doing here? If you are not good enough to represent your services. Then if you can’t do these things, then what you charging for 5 dollars extra?

I ordered cake for my baby's birthday. It was perfect and delicious. Thank you cheesecake team.

I bought rainbow torte yesterday, it was awesome and this is good for someone who don't like much sweetness in the cake.

I gave my coupon of $10 off valid till oct12.still charged me full amount. Disappointing customer service.

I really dissatisfied with their service. I ordered my cake to surprised my friend they charged me a lot with simple cake no decoration even, I mentioned it somebody birthday's cake.

Posing as Sue as my husband passed away.wasn't there! But have had good cakes from there, a bit on the pricey side.

I did order a birthday cake with cookies and cream filling with pink marble glaze, the guy said he can make it exactly what I said but need to pay $80, when I received the order was totally disappointing. Nothing was there what I said, i would understand if he told me they won't customise

Utterly bad customer service.very rude and unprofessional staff.zero customer service - just covering up their mistake of not making the cake to the order. NOT recommended at all.
Will surely take my time to make a complaint.
