The Cheesecake Shop

I have had great experiences going to this shop for the last few years, till this Jan when a new guy was there. I bought 3 cakes of him and asked if he can write a sweet 16 on one them? He said yes! But did a very very poor of writing, error in writing, the colour of his own choice, etc.

I did ask if I could buy another cake as well and if he could do a better job in writing?

He said that he can not change his handwriting because of me and that this is the best he can do.

I tried to nicely educate him that it is ok if he can not write nicely, but he can offer alternative such as pre- written chocolate block etc.but he could not understand the customer service needed which is required for this such interface.

I gave up trying to get this to him, but won't go back

I bought an eggless double choc strawberry torte from here yesterday and it had so much food additives and preservitives in it that I still feel very sick the next day. Not happy about that.

Delicious cheesecake! The tropical passionfruit continental cheesecake was full of flavour and only $25 with the $5 off voucher from their website. They were super helpful on the phone and the lady serving us was a delight. Thank you!

I've purchased cakes from this Cheesecake Shop for the past few years now. I've never been disappointed with the cakes or the service. The owner and staff are always friendly and support customers as best they can. Definitely not your standard cheesecake Shop. The Marble Cheesecake is one of my favorites!

The Cheesecake Shop Myaree has recently helped us for our daughter's birthday cake. It was a beautifully made mermaid cake topped with miniature shells and a mermaid tail. The cake was a highlight of the party and my daughter really enjoyed it and so did her little friends.

I appreciate small details which made it extra special. Our chocolate mud cake was personalised with our daughter's name and finished in her favourite colours. It even came in a nice looking box with green ribbons. And it does not only look good but tastes great too! I often find mud cakes are much too sweet to my liking but thoroughly enjoyed this cake.

Thank you for making our birthday extra special and I hope to see you next year for another birthday party:)

As always, staffs are amazing and the cake is the best in Perth.
We had a birthday cake order for my daughter last week and was 5 STAR!
All the guests at the birthday party asked where I got this cake. The cake was not only pretty, but also tasted fantastic. Everyone at the party enjoyed the cake.
Highly recommended for your cakes.

It's the very best cake shop in Perth. Since 2019, we only go here for our birthday cakes. Cake tastes so good and service is fantastic. Owner lady is very kind and super reliable. We just ordered our daughters 5th birthday cake last week and so many people asked us where we got the cake from. My daughter can't have too much sugar as she is sugar intolerance so she only can eat vegan cake normally but surprisingly, their low sugar cake is fine for her. Cheers
