The Chargrill Masters Ellenbrook

Food is inconsistent as chicken is dry most of the time. I used to order the spicy burger all the time but stopped getting them as they changed it from shredded chicken to a tiny piece of chicken breast on a much smaller bun. I also went to order food at 8: 54 pm as the website stated that they closed at 10pm, only to return to pickup my food and the doors were locked. Luckily the staff were still in the front of the store so they passed me my order. New menu items from the Cairo cafe list is over cooked and bland. I do hope that things improve as it is conveniently located and we would love to continue to order from there.

Even not 1 star they deserve.
Poor food quality bought mixed platter bad smell from kafta, salad full of water like week old.

So disappointing- walked in and was ignored by the staff. When someone eventually came over they'd run out of chicken.

Great chicken & lamb ribs cooked fresh over charcoal.

Salads have been fresh each time we have visited.

Service has been very friendly & prompt.

Great food for sharing

Late. Took over an hour.
Cold.
And no cheese on cheesy garlic bread.
Holes in all the bags.
Chips were placed on the bottom of everything so it was squished and cold.

I've loved chargrill, since they opened but this last time not so much waited 30 minutes for my order rib's were barely warm, chip's that I love, this time were pathetic, gross. I rang to ask if they changed the chip's because I am not impressed they said the supplier gave them them ones and might as well use them, must have received more than one compliant because they knew, poor business what a shame.

Hugely disappointing experience. Not one staff member wearing gloves whilst handling the food. Ordered a thickshake with the food and that took 15 minutes to make? Won't be returning.

Friendly enthusiastic service, generous sized meal, amazing food.
Had ribs, roast chicken, chips, greek salad and biryani. Everything was great, had to get doggy bag because we just couldn't finish.

Took the family here for dinner as we had never been before. Sat for dinner on a Thursday 5: 30pm.

The good
1.chips were nice fresh and crisp
2. Gravy is one of the best I've had

The bad.
1. The restaurant itself was dirty (sticky spots on table marks all over the walls)
2. The wings tasted like they were cooked frozen and then cooked again
3. Staff were acting like kid.

(1) Reasonably nice atmosphere and clean
(2) Customer service was great, service with a smile and very polite.
(3) The fries were right up there with some of the best we've ever eaten - Not oily, light and crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside and very tasty indeed.

The not so nice:
- As can be seen in the photo, the lamb ribs were over done so that there was a tough, slightly crunchy blackish skin on the ribs. The meat whilst tender, was a bit on the dry side.
I'm not going to complain about the fat in the ribs, as we are aware that lamb is generally a fatty meat, and so was expected.

All in all a dissapointing experience given that we came there primarily for the ribs.

Quality of service has gone down. Employed kids are just chatting instead of servicing customer order.
Couple of times burnt my order because of their chatting with their colleagues. Made wrong level of spiciness on order few times. Upon asking next time when I went their, they apologised for that. But still doing the same mistake.

Order took 50min. Poor communication. Girl on the phone said they would call when order is ready, they never did. Staff member in store said they wouldn't start the order until I came into the store.

I was looking forward to chowing down on some good char grill after a hard week. Unfortunately I picked the lamb ribs from the menu. I spent most of my time trying to find some meat. Alas, I didn't find much. As an expensive takeaway this was highly disappointing. I will reserve my judgement on the rest of the menu as I will give it another go. The staff were good, and the place was clean, but it did seem a little sterile. It could possibly do with a bit of attention there to entice people to stay and eat at the venue.

50 minutes in store waiting on a standard takeaway order while 3 staff standing side by side constantly staring at ordering screens is frustrating to watch to say the least. It was reminiscent of that scene in Independence Day where Jasmine's curious friend is at the roof top welcoming party staring up into the glowing alien laser boom-beam orifice with her buddies. Instinct would tell you to move it or lose it, but some just don't have it. Funny to think I could've ACTUALLY watched the majority of that film while I waited.

Chicken is put into foil bags that aren't sealed properly, so when you get home you're left with a juicy puddle of grease in your car. Heaven forbid you put it on the front seat! The next occupant could have a spicy smelling clam if they're not wary.

Go to pick up the foil bags and the chicken falls out of the bottom. It's ok though; the chicken is average at best anyway. You could almost hear Moby's "Why does my heart feel so bad" playing subtly in the background of the dining room. Be prepared for this and hope you have the reaction of Clint Eastwood with his 6 shooters. I died on the inside this duel.

Ceasar Salad was the hold up apparently. Either there is an entire wall of screens at the back or that is the fastest growing salad known to man. I'm not sure?

Fresh chips are great though, or maybe my hungry children were just happy to see something on the table eventually. Or maybe they were frightened by me as I returned home with a beard but left without.

If we ever go back, I'll pack the car and bring the family to make a day of it.we might be waiting a while.

I love this place, been a a fan since 2007 when it was still charcoal chicken in dianella, now I have one near my house? It’s amazing. Such good food, friendly staff and big portion sizes.

I did them dirty and ordered on menulog 5 minutes before they closed, but the schnitzel I got was still absolutely BRILLIANT!
I understand the pain of people ordering so close to closing time so I felt bad and was going to accept whatever sort of quality level of food I got for this reason, but my god it was so good, these guys rule!

I have been wanting to go for the past 2 months. Kept advertising on FB. Landed up going on my birthday 11 June with my Family. Average. Like a Nando's outlet but Nando's definitely beats their chicken. Ribs sweet and tasty full of fat (not good) the pasta salad weird taste, the potato bake very nice, fries tasty but mine had hair in it. So unfortunately won't be back. We travelled 54 minutes from South to get to this place. I will rather stick to diner's out my way.

This place is great. We used to go to the one in Dianella which is always crazy busy and because of that we rarely went. It’s so nice to be able to get that same good food without the business and wait times. We’ve tried most of the menu here over the years and love everything. The staff are always super friendly too.
