The Cardamom Indian Restaurant

The Indian is excellent. I've visited about six times, and the dishes are consistently good. Their biryani stands out, and it's surprising how many Indian restaurants out there struggle with this dish. It's seems like a challenging, ingredient-intensive dish, but they do a good job. I'll always come back here.

Watered down curry, wasn’t the most welcoming customer service, but was a nice place of atmosphere.

The service wasn’t very welcoming, the food is watery and flavourless and they weren’t very nice. I felt judged coming in, overall a not good experience.

The food is amazing, always comes out hot and fresh, the garlic naan has a perfect amount of garlic and the service is just lovely. 10/10 recommend. Also the Homey Chilli Cauliflower is my favourite dish!

We have been going there regularly for a few years, the food is always excellent as are the staff and the service. In my opinion it is the best indian restaurant, dining in or takeout.

Great food and friendly staff. Beef, lamb and chicken dishes were well cooked and a generous size; plenty of rice and the naan bread was fantastic.

Staff were quick to seat and take orders, from there they had to be flagged down to get drink refills after the empty glasses sat for over 30min, main dishes came out sparodicly, 20min later after flagging another staff member to ask where the rice was it was hurriedly bought to the table.
All in all, food was good. However, service and meal timings let it down, it could be a great place if they got that right.

DELICIOUS nice and spicy not too salty! VERY flavorful and decently priced. Excellent food and friendly service.

Takeaway chickpea curry was okay but 3 portions of poppadoms were all stale and 2 of the portions were broken into small pieces. Don't think I'll be back.

We got ordered delivery on a Monday night. The food arrived about 20 minutes later than expected but was worth it. The chef amongst us was impressed with the Goa fish curry as too many places have their fish on the dry side. The naan was quite generous and tasty and it made for a great meal.
