We had a great experience dealing with The Car Guys while looking around for a second-hand car. Darrell, Rod and Mel were all super friendly and patient while we arranged a pre-purchase inspection on the car. They were very accommodating to answer all questions we had without being pushy, this really made the whole car-buying experience stress-free. Darrell is a top bloke - he went above and beyond to help us out and get the car ready for sale. Appreciate all the effort mate!

I initially went in for a car I saw online. Upon inspection there were some unfavourable things about it, so we looked around at other cars. We found a sound car for sale and not too expensive. Been driving it for about a month and no problems. Darrell and Mel were very approachable and knowledgeable.

Pro tip: bring along someone who knows cars and always check over the entire car (spare wheel compartment, lights, air con, tyre cond, rust, doors etc)

Bought a 09 Honda Accord with 230ks on the clock, car is so far good. Darryl did not sugar coat as to the condition of the car, what i see is what i get. To begin with the car was already in good nick apart from some wear as expected from a car in the 8k range. An issue was detected during inspection of which Darryl promised to repair in good faith, good on the Company for going out of their way to do so even though they do not have to since the car is not covered by the statutory warranty. I have received good service from Darryl. As with any high mileage used car, do your own due deligence as to its condition. Dont blame the dealer if things go south after you have taken the car.
