The Camp - Wave Rock Short Stay

Beautiful camp area in gorgeous wild setting. The sites are very big so even with other people onthe camp ground it feels very isolated (in a good way). Two big, very clean bathroom stalls with flushing toilets and sink with running water, no shower.

The most beautiful night sky wothout any night pollution!

Loved it! The camp lots are huge and very clean, though the ground is a little on the hard side but we managed the hammer the tent pegs into the ground with muscles.
Toilets are available and exceptionally clean, they look new. Sites are unpowered, dogs on lead are welcome. The grounds are not far from the town centre and Wave Rock and the surrounding tourist spots.

Very large place, beautifully located with a fantastic sunset. For one night, perfect. Toilets not used, so we can't write anything about this.

Just got home from a great weekend at Wave Rock Short Stay The Camp!

Great sized campsites that are very clean, flushing toilets and potable water.
Owner is very nice and the kids sell bags of firewood for pocket money!
For $30 a night (family of 5), it was great.

Please note; you need a raised fire pit and its not free to camp for 1 night. Had seen two vehicles try this on our second night with the person who actually booked rock up to find them on her campsite ‍️.

Very good and welcomed site. Good toilets are very clean and tidy. Sites are large with a firm base for pegs to bite in.

This place was really good with nice clean and maintained toilets. Lots of room and very big sites. Close to Wave Rock as well.

Great spot, large site fkushibg toilets, camp fires allowed, little pricey for low cost camp, many they could stock it up with fire wood to make it a bit more

Two nights at the camp was perfect to enjoy all the walking trails around wave rock. The camp has very generous sites, well spaced to give a feeling of outback camping (with the luxury of flushing toilets). There is a town water tap by the toilet block to pop a bit of water in your tanks. Highly recommended

Great campsite, enough space for privacy, some trees for shade, clean flushing toilets and drinking water too. Definitely the best camping choice if you like some space, scenery and quiet. Dog friendly too which was a big plus! There were a number of caravans there but also quite a few swags.

Great camping, large relatively flat and shade from beautiful trees if needed. I agree with most the cleanest toilet we have seen in our travels. Short drive into town and wave rock. Not sure where the potable water is however would highly recommend.

Stayed for one night on the way back to Perth from Esperance - great half way point and nice spot to visit wave rock from. Beautiful place for a campsite, large sites clean toilets with water and soap. Well priced and had a lovely night stargazing.

Great little spot. Very clean amenities (flushing toilet). All sites are level and have some shade. Owners have done a wonderful job. Highly recommended

Great alternative to other accomodation choices in town or out of town.

Good price, good location, good toilets, nice and quiet. Perfect spot to visit the sites of Hyden and break up the drive to Esperance.

Lovely sites though prone to mud on track after a lot of rain. Toilet blocks were modern, clean with plenty of toilet paper. With the prices charged a gravel road would be nice. The sunset was magnificent and handy to both Hyden and Wave Rock.

The only two things missing to make this place perfect are showers and fire pits. Don't understand why fires are allowed here. Showers could be fitted into the 2 toilets here, they're that big. Apart from those things this place is great.

Location is good being close to town and close to the Wave Rock facilities. Sites were very spacious, and flushing toilets were perfect.
